  • 4,000 points for me. Boss.

  • +1

Mine is 2400 points for $60 spend. So technically the deal should be "XX points (worth $XX) for $XX spend"

    • +1

Also 2400 for $60. Couldn't manage it last time and probably won't this time.

  • +1

    5200 for $130 for me

  • I got 9000 points for a $220 spend in one shop

  • got 6400 for $160 spend

  • +1

Mine is 4000 points for $100 spend. One that expires today, and another the starts tomorrow. Also an overlapping spend $80/$110 for 1000/2000 points. So I could get a total of 6000 points for a $110 spend; much higher than my usual spend, but I could try. I likely won't; my freezer is fairly full, I'm stocked up on soups, coffee, detergent, TP and dog food, and I've already topped up my dad's phone credit.

    • That is $30 so 27.2% off, most of the others seem to be 20% so pretty good especially if you have some GC's. I am sure you can find something on sale to stock up. I only have 1000 points for $50 spend and will most likely just go to Woolies where I have 4000 points for $100 spend.

      • Yeah, they got me. I did it last night and stocked up the work freezer with lunches.

        • Ha! It trigged all 3 offers, even though one wasn't meant to start until today. It's happened before for me when I received an email with an offer, activated it and shopped straight away, only to later realise that it started the following day, but it still triggered. I think because a lot of people would do that and not read the fine print.

          Anyway, 10000 bonus points for a $110 shop :)

          • @puffinfresh: thanks for confirmation/reminder - 2x 5,200pts for $130 shop :)

  • 8800 for $220 spend for me

  • 4400 for $110 spend in one go

  • +1

I was offered 9600 for $240 in one shop. Possibly expand the title?

  • +2

    6,400 points for $160 spend.. #odd

The trick is not to scan your flybuys card on some of your smaller shops, make them think you're shopping elsewhere

    • +1

Why did that hurt someones feelings ?

      • +2

There there. I gave you a plus to offset the neg. Can't guarantee someone won't neg it again, though.

        • They did…lol… :(

          • +1

@Danstar: I gave you a plus too, I agree you have to play the game.

  • +1

    3200 for $80.

  • +1

4000 for $100, have too much stuff after Ooshi, don't think I can spend more…

  • 4400 for $110 spend

Other card had overlapping 2x 2000 for $50
$20 points for $50 spend works since our Woolworths is out of ooshies.

    • how do they go in the microwave?

  • will payment via digital coles giftcard qualify?

    • i'd say it should be

    • Yes, but only in store.

  • 10000 for $260 spend

  • +2

8800 for $220 and 3000 for $210 in one shop for us. Weirdly had two 3000 for $210's last fortnight that we hit too.

I tacked myself onto my folks account so the rare occasion that they allow more than one shop deals is amazing, but if it's one shop I generally just tag along with the old lady and try sneak things into her trolley :D

  • I just got the usual, 2000 bonus points for $50 Shop.
Have been getting this earlier as well, up from 1000 points in previous offers about 1 month ago.

    • Lucky you. I am only getting 1000 points for $50 shop.

  • +1

    Nothing.

  • spend $210 for 8400pts…which is 42 bucks? right

    • Yes, so 20% off and if you go in store can use GC.

  • +1

I like the US system, where the rival supermarket honour the compeditors discounts & promotions! Brilliant & true competition, not the rigged system we have here!

    • works with pizza between domino and pizza hut :)

  • 1000 points for $50.

    • Me too.

  • +1

    2800 points for $70.
Rarely if ever shop at Coles.
Been getting 10% in rewards that equates to dollars with my CDC Ruby Card for the last six months. Absolutely no reason to sell my soul back to Coles.

  • Does anyone know if Flybuys are still honouring points if your spend in the one shop is under that required because of out of stock items?

    • +2

I have had this happen several times in Vic as I have done 3x 4 weeks deals. You have to ring up and they manually adjust. I had to ring for all 3. One was $18 and $11 under, out of $60. One was $26 under out of $50 and they asked for a copy of the the original order to be emailed to them (seems they cannot see Coles.com.au) but the points arrived before I got around to do it. The last lot I just finished on 11.9 and again had to call. One deal I received from Woolworths stated that the spend had to be a certain amount regardless of out of stock items. That was ridiculous.

      • Also can just email them with copy of original order

      • I haven't had to claim manually for a while so it's good to know that they are still honouring it. I have a $180 shop this week so I don't want to miss out on the bonus points.

  • -1

20,000 points for a $8,000 spend for me, but I buy TP like it's going out of business.

    • That sounds very strange. Is it $800?

      • +2

        No. No it isn't

I also don't even use TP.

  • I have to say flybuys have been smashing my everyday rewards offers lately

    • agree.. everyday rewards put up very little to crappy offers lately,, at most i only get 3x or 5x points of purchase

  • Mine 3600 points for $90 spent, not very generous.

  • It looks like the general formula is 40 X $ amount = Flybuys point

  • New offer going on.
Got 2000 points with $50 spend valid till 22 Sep 2020.

  • I got 2400 for $60 spend. Has been $50 up to now so not doing it. I find that when the spend requirement goes up the bonus points increase does not usually amount to 25% off, like it does when I get the $50 x 4 weeks for 10k points. Also now that I am only shopping online I prefer to do the Woolworths offers as I can use their GC and points off shopping which Coles has not enabled. I can get many of the Coles half price specials at Coles eBay which has a 10% off with $80 spend and free delivery, for Plus members. Also I can use eBay GC.
