    Thanks for this awesome deal! Ordered 3kg (3x1 different flavours).

    I'm stuck with about 3.5kg left of a random brand I got from Chemist Warehouse that was on sale a few weeks ago (that I can't stomach unless I blend it into a smoothie with a bunch of other things to mask the taste) unfortunately :< Keen to have a brand with so much positive feedback to have a good alternative to alternate between!

        Also, how does the kinetic k2 massage gun go? Been interested in getting a "cheaper" massage gun as they have been hyped up a bit. There is a lot of knock-off versions of the theragun….

        Thought I might ask rather than get it, be disappointed and request a return.

          Well I recently did a video on it (it just hasn't been edited yet) and I decided to keep it. It's a solid unit, very strong and also exceptionally quiet as compared to cheaper models (we did tests versus two other guns - one at a similar price point and another at a $600 price point - and it came out about 20dB quieter than the others - good if you're on the phone/watching TV etc).

          It is very strong, 30 levels of speed and 6 attachments. Also it will last about 4 hours of heavy use.

          Hope this is of help. Personally I recommend it, but if you are unhappy with it we can arrange for a return at our cost.

  • Great deal - noticed that the AminoZ WPI tends to have less protein /100g than some competing suppliers.
    I.E - AminoZ WPI Vanilla 79.2g Protein vs Bulk Nutrients Vanilla 88.5g Protein.

    But at this price your $ per gram is cheaper, nice one Jay.

New orders on Banana may have a wait time of a few weeks (as our flavouring has a very long lead time and our next order is on the way). But all other flavours will be shipped out by next week.

    Ordered 3kgs and they just arrived today. I just tried the chocolate and wow, stevia as a sweetener is game changing. It tastes so much better than the Vanilla BN WPI that I've been ordering for years. The BN WPI which I believe uses sucralose tastes far too sweet and artificial when mixed with water, in comparison to this.

    Solid deal and I'm definitely going to be ordering more in the future.

    • If you're looking for one specifically with electrolytes, the most popular one with electrolytes is Scivation Xtend @ https://www.aminoz.com.au/scivation-xtend.html The flavours are very good in this range. Our BCAA does not have electrolytes added in.

      Also for the credit, just log into your account. As you go through checkout, in the payment section, there should be an option to use your Z Points. You can then apply this as a discount on your order.

    Top service! I ordered 3kg Strawberry flavour that came in 3 x 1kg bags (I realised that I could order them in different flavours after I placed the order). Unfortunately, that flavour didn't work for me. Stevia's quite a bit stronger than other sweeteners and overpowered the whey and strawberry flavouring too much.

    I sent the feedback and within a day was given the return label and an option for a store credit or different flavours for unopened bags. I've got 3 more flavours coming :), so I'm just going to pick the best flavour, and 2 more kgs of those. Cheers for the dea!

    Ordered 3*1 Kg. I've just started training again after being sedentary / lazy for few years.

    Any chance for $1 sample pack on other flavors in the future? I've decided to stick with safe bet of chocolate and vanilla but would like to try the other flavors.

We only have chocolate and vanilla available for smaller samples right now. However, we will have something figured out for this very soon.   • Just some feedback on the 'Fast and Free' shipping: Appreciate that it's free, but it's definitely not fast. I noticed that you're using Fastway Couriers. Well, I put my order in on 15/09, and it keeps getting pushed back. ETA now is 29/09, so at least two weeks for an in-stock item.

      This is most likely due to COVID related issues. We're finding that Fastway are better than Australia Post in the current climate, but they are both struggling. We did extend ETA times as per their advice but this can be a bit unpredictable. Did you want to PM over your order number so we can look into your order specifically?

      • I know COVID has been impacting deliveries, but Australia Post ordinarily haven't taken more than two weeks to deliver a domestic parcel (that doesn't need to pass through customs, etc.). Anyway, the 29/09 has come and gone and my package hasn't shown up. The last scan was two weeks ago on 16/09. Order number is 109574913.

I have also asked for urgent delivery as soon as they find it, however, they've provided a 2 to 3 business days time frame.   • Received my order two weeks ago and been having it on and off since then.

    Chocolate is pretty average tasting with water, a bit bland and I wouldn't say enjoyable to drink.

      • I would say it's not sweet enough, and the chocolate taste is a bit like dark chocolate I guess? A touch of bitterness to it.
        I use roughly two scoops with about 450ml of water.

    A bit disappointed that the best before date for both choc are on May/21 and not "22-24 months away"

    It has been really frustrating experience for me with the service I have received. Moreover, I have not yet recieved my order and received an email asking for the reviews how was my experiece with my order. I am so much disappointed that I was about to give you one star but I know you guys are working hard, giving best efforts and how much the reviews matters to you and your business so didn't bother to give the negative feedback.

    I had ordered 1kg Amino Z Whey Protein Isolate WPI to try on 16th Sep. After reading so many positive reviews on your website, I changed my order and also upgraded to 3kg. I understand you guys got busy and were out of stock and I was fine with that and ready to wait until you get the stock but once you got the stock and it has been shipped, I was given an ETA: 23rd-30th Sep and the latest 06/10/2020 but still, I didn't receive it. I called your support on 06/10/2020 (Tuesday) and was told my parcel will be there maximum within 24-28 hours, latest by Thursday. But same nothing arrived, today (Friday) I again called and got the same response that it will be sent and you will be receiving max within 24-48 hours latest by Monday. Seriously? I asked her what if I don't receive again on Monday and you will be giving me the same response on that day and I was told you can also cancel the order if you wish. Seriously? So, what's the point of waiting so long if that's your compensation you're offering on Monday as well? In addition, I would probably ask you to check the reviews of the courier company you are using 'Fastway', around 7000 or more people have reviewed 1 star (Productreview) and overall 1.2 stars, why you want to use the company that can affect your future business. Anyways, you would be knowing better than me and obviously, it's your business and decision. I hope I receive my order by Monday as it's been very disappointing experience so far.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate you sharing this with me so I can jump in and get things sorted for you. And also thanks for giving me a chance to get involved before leaving a one star review!

      So I've gone through the order notes to see what has happened internally and yes, it's a mess. There was an initial order delay which you mentioned as we sold out of stock (sorry that's completely on me as I underestimated how big this deal would get). But then the kicker has been the significant delay in delivery. I can see our team has called up Aramex (Fastway) twice now requiring urgent redelivery, but this has clearly got us absolutely no where.

      I feel the way in which you have been directed by our team is not up to scratch and further training needs to be addressed. It's not adequate for us to just tell you to wait after several followups. You were originally told October 6th as the latest - it's now the 10th and still no parcel in sight. While there has clearly been an issue with Aramex, the responsibility ultimately lies with us and I don't feel that we have done enough here.

      To provide some context (not any excuses, just some form of explanation), we have been experiencing issues with both Australia Post and Aramex/Fastway with COVID-19. I completely take your point about the 1.2 star reviews. We also have many similar issues with Australia Post. With our research (post-order surveys), we have found that neither carrier outperforms the other. We are however able to assign a particular carrier to your account if you prefer (eg. Australia Post).

      Coming back to the current issue, here's what I'll get done today for you:

      1. Send out a replacement order via Australia Post (I can't promise they will be any quicker, but you never know)
      2. Highlight this issue to Vanessa so she can proceed to train the team to avoid issues of this nature again

      It's likely you'll get two deliveries, so please keep the second since you've been stuffed around enough as-is.
