    3080 Order Updates: October cards have been arriving in small batches due to NVIDIA's manufacturing shortages throughout October, but most have come late in the month and are currently on the way to us. I'd expect a good chunk of Giga and MSI October customers to receive shipping notification today and next week, with Galax next week too. Hang in there!

      We'll reply via email on Monday but the deal didn't go live until 1040am on the 18th so maybe your time/ dates are a little off? We've shipped a good number of systems so all the earliest have shipped.

    For anyone who has the Gaming OC, is it natural for the GPU to sag? I'm a bit worried as it's not a small sag and I've already tightened the mounting screws.

      If you are concerned you can get a GPU support stand for around $15 that will help a lot. My understanding is that sag is factored into the design, but I'm going to add a support to my system when it comes given that I transport my PC around to work and back a couple of times a week.

          9th Oct it was stated 1-2 weeks until stock arrives. Approaching 4 weeks before shipping notification.

            I would hope that Techfast are kicking someone's butt further up the supply chain.
            Realistically, they can just let them come in dribs and drabs since they already have our money and it ~$500 fee to cancel would deter anyone from doing so.
            Plus with more money coming in with their 3070 deal.

      Let me know what yours does on the tracking. Mine has been saying "Pended - the item hasn't been scanned into our system yet" since Friday afternoon… I think it's on the way but it just failed the Aus Post scan but I'd like to see what happens to yours.

        previously it read "Shipping information approved by Australia Post"

    tl;dr Gigabyte 3080 cards (both Eagle and Gaming OC) are experiencing connector issues and still hasn't been resolved with 'faulty' cards still being shipped out.

    Not sure if we should be worried..

    Ordered an October card on the 20th of September. Shortages are probably going to push delivery of that back to December, maybe even after cyberpunk.

    Not frustrated with techfast actually, first time buyer and they've been as communicative as possible, but if AMD knock it out of the park it's probably the last time I put stakes in nvidia.

    Pretty annoyed that I paid $100 extra for an "october" card only to be sitting her in November with very little faith that I'll even see it before December. Fingers crossed that isn't the case but I'm not holding my breath 😔.
