    Amazing set. Thanks OP!

    • How many of these do you need to power your home?

I wonder if the coal power station set comes with free government subsidies?

      • Lol, predictable misinformed approach.

        • +1

If I am misinformed why not provide evidence to the contrary instead of just retorting with a useless comment?

    spent too much these days…

but you have saved so much, no restaurant meals, bars, holidays etc etc

“ Celebrate renewable energy technology with this buildable science toy” … made from petrochemicals. No sense of irony there

    • If you lived near a wind farm being built like I do you would see the hypocrisy. Dozens of vehicles going 18 hours a day for years, gravel mines, thousands of trees bulldozed, powerlines over wetlands. An industry for self serving Cowboys.

It's an expensive set for 826 pieces. Even at the reduced price. Sitting on the fence here :(

I'll buy when it gets down to $210-$220

    • I'll buy when it goes to $150 🤣

You'll be waiting awhile. I get what you mean though about the price. I don't think Lego give a cracker about what they charge as they are now pushung to the adult market even more with their new packaging and marketing more to those that wouldn't even think to buy a Lego set

  • includes 2 helmets & tools

Does anyone find it annoying this comes with a motor and not a turbine?!

OK. Ff. Ever since my son saw it on his last holiday at Lego park in UK he's wanted this set. Horrified at the price. Have been pushing back on all the other great sets that have been posted. Thanks OP. Thanks again. Ozb. The force is strong with this site.

I would say best price for ages as far as I know and generally hatf to find. Don't even recall if it has even been discounted previoisly. Will be sons last Santa Christmas. We go off with a bang.

Given it has the motor it will always be more expensive if compared to sets with only Lego parts. Just look at the new Grand Piano set. Now that is expensive.

As for the set itself. I'm sure it will be better as a finished model. Son goes through phases for Lego City play. Got to have a wind turbine don't you for that.

  • order not forfilled. A shame

    • I've heard that's happened a lot with lego target orders recently. Looks like it is still available on Amazon.

  • Spewing I paid $329 2 weeks ago via Amazon for this since I’ve never seen it on promo 😆

    • use a site called camelcamelcamel, it will notify you when the price drops

      • Or Brickhawk another option.
