    • it was based on the Apple Watch SE redemption .. currently 175,000 points and current Apple Store AU RRP $499, hence, $499/175,000 points = $0.002851428571429

      • I appreciate the effort :)

trying to worth out if worth cashing in points + $60 for it…

  • i want something else but short of 1462 points haha
i dont have anymore telstra service so not sure how i can get those points…

    • if you have friend/family on telstra account they can ask via support chat to transfer the points to you

      • i heard the transfering process is difficult if i dont have active service
hmm probably just get a prepaid sim $2 and activate a number?

  • How do people earn more Telstra points?

    • +1

10 Point per 1 dollar. So 65 dollar plan will give you 650 points a month

  • Has been that amount of points for months

    • Nope. After that 30k points it went sold out for months then resume at 45k for months now drop to 35k

  • This regularly sells for $99. Unless people struggle to redeem their Telstra points, I don’t see how this is a good deal?

    • you're about right .. but currently it's the best deal under $100.. especially for people with loads of telstra plus reward points

Last time was 16/09 - via kogan for $96 then
around 26-31/08 for Father's day deal for $99 then one before was mid July

    • Unless people struggle to redeem their Telstra points

It is pretty painful to find something to spend them on.. then again, it's a struggle to earn them given Telstra's legendary customer service

    • What would you suggest spending your Telstra Plus point on?

      • +1

dont listen to them, just browse the store and take whatever you want from there.
remember points have expiry date you wont want to loose them

        • true thank you :) just ordered. hope you got one too?

  • damnit, debating whether to get this or not. thinking of getting it to place on my WFH desk top just under my monitor (raised on monitor arm). I got the Nest Hub Max outside on the kitchen counter top and it's great. But whether or not this is worth the 35,000 points (approx $105 in dollaroonies) is the question. Just struggling to see if there's anything else that I could potentially redeem later on (currently sitting around 60,100 points).
