Do fragrances go on sale during prime day?

    • +1

      I sure hope so.

  • +29

Playstation 4 Pro 1TB Console Black for $399…lame

    • +2

Is a bit lame but has been sold out pretty often lately

      • +7

Certainly missing the regular PS4 that sold for <200 last year after the 20% cashback!

    • It was $379 2 years ago on Prime Day, with a Fortnight code worth $50+…

    • Isn't this close to the Level 4 trade in price for PS4 Pro at EB for the PS5?

  • Awesome, thanks for the heads up @dealbot!

  • +8

This is great and everything, but if Amazon have their usual extremely limited stock, then things like the Coca Cola cans will be sold out in a matter of minutes.

  • +1

How long are everyone's S&S orders taking to ship? Mine are taking at least a week just for dispatch

    • 1 day delivery for my coke last week. Ordered Mon, arrived Tues.

      • That was fast. Just regular prime shipping?

        • +1

It takes 1-4 days depends on stock level. Usually 1 day via Amazon Flex courier and up to 4 days via AusPost.

        • Yes, prime, using S+S to obtain cheaper price.

      • delivery for my coke last week.

        What's the best before date?

        • +2

          Good question, I'll check.
          goes checks
          02 Aug 2021
          Yours short dated?

          • @nepalesesquirrel: The no sugar ones with very short date less than 2 months.

            BB: 07 Dec 2020

I doubt yours will last that long or maybe you meant Aug 2020?

            • @KOBH: Oh better drink up then, bit annoying for yourself if you're not a big drinker, I guess that's 1 can every 2 days though.
Nah mine (normal coke) are definitely Aug 2021.

    • +1

Ordered two flavours of palmolive hand wash the other day. One due one week before the other. The one due to come last shipped same day with parcel post more or less but the one due earlier hasn't shipped yet.

      • -2

Flavours of hand wash? Hmm ok lol. Each to their own!

        • Flavour comprises taste and odour.

It still makes sense to refer to the flavour profile of the wash, even if it sounds unconventional and OP has no intention of eating it.

That said, I have wanted to eat a few particular lip balms. Haven't done it. But darned if they didn't smell as if they taste delicious.

    • Sometimes Coke comes next day. Other times it takes weeks. I think it depends when it comes.

  • -6

Yea paid 220 for 500gb last year

    • That would have been the Slim not the Pro. Though I believe the Pro has been $300-$350 in previous sales

        • +5

Then it’s not exactly a fair comparison. Your comment implied the only difference was storage size

  • +3

Great deal on coke don't forget 10 cents back on your cans

  • I've started taking screen shots of goods i want to buy while also adding them to my wishlist. I'm confident this won't be like a price jacking ebay sale but you never know.

  • +1

How do you know that you can combine the Prime offer with S&S? The link you referred stated "Prime Members pay $19.98 for select Coca Cola 36-Pack – $0.56c per can (discount applied at checkout)". S&S is a different checkout process (from memory). Doubt you can combine both offers…..

    • I agree. As it states the discount is applied at checkout, I doubt you will be able to get s&s for an additional 10% off. The s&s price will be 10% off the non prime price

    • Updated to remove S&S.

      • I can confirm it applies 10% discount with S&S bringing the total to $17.52, this is only for one, buying more will jack up the price a little

        • Thanks for this, just placed an order. Out of curiosity, any idea if this Prime price will carry over to next month if I don't cancel the subscription?

          • @crungle: No - the price you get charged for subsequent subscription orders is whatever the price is at the time.

    • I am getting $17.23 fo S&S

  • There could be more items on sale next week? I was expecting 1/2 price coffee pods like last year.

  • I have a sub for the coke but its not at this price…..if i cancel the sub an resub to this will the price stay like this past prime day sales?

    • I have a current ongoing sub for Coke No Sugar which has been (and is still) showing as $22.40 in my orders, but when they sent me the pre-dispatch email the price was $19.98 (which is what they charged).

      • You might be the first person I've seen to say they havent cancelled a S&S.

  • +1

What are the chances of Garmin wearables going on sale?

  • +4

Nothing appealing about that list, last year was nothing special either.

    • +2

Agreed. If it keeps like this I'd say no point keep this annual "prime day" going in Oz.

  • +1

The PS4 Pro worth it at that price? Still have like 40+ PS4 games to play, currently have the PS4 Slim. So quite reluctant to upgrade to the PS5.

    • +5

You can play all* of your PS4 games on the PS5.

(Sony are claiming 99% backwards compatibility).

      • +2

The only PS4 titles that aren't playable on PS5 are:

        DWVR
Afro Samurai 2 Revenge of Kuma Volume One
TT Isle of Man - Ride on the Edge 2
        Just Deal With It!
        Shadow Complex Remastered
        Robinson: The Journey
        We Sing
        Hitman Go: Definitive Edition
        Shadwen
        Joe's Diner

        (source: https://www.playstation.com/en-au/get-help/help-library/apps… )

        • +3

          I can't play Joe's Diner?!

          • +2

@misterbung: Sadly not… I have already cancelled my pre order for this reason.

            • @XVX: Next-gen my butt. We've been lied to!

    • +1

I'd wait a month. You will get a completely usable PS4 Pro with a bunch of games and accessories for that price or better next month as all the PS5 preorder start arriving.

  • +1

Save 15% off selected Playstation 4 video games

COME ON SPIDERMAN MM $79 + 15 percent off.

    • +3

I read accidentally MM as Mother’s Milk lol.
      If you know, you know.

      • +2

        Fookin diabolical

      • Omg that last episode. The ending is killer… goddam outright explosive.

        • +3

Amazon AU should sell Fresca :P

  • +1

    No GPU deals yet?

  • What's a good price for Kindle Paperwhite 8GB?

    • $150 I think.

But probably better wait as new one will come with adjustable warm light

  • Is there a particular time these go on sale?

    • Coca cola no sugar is from midnight, the others might be then too but we'll see.

  • +2

Is everyone that loves coke a uni student or of that age?…. That was the last time i regularly drank it, to help get me through exams, a long, long time ago

  • looking for good storage deals, WD RED will be nice

  • +2

Well I was wrong. The Coke 36 pack is $17.52 with subscribe and save. 48 cents a can.

    • Thank you mate.

    • Yes, $17.52. I got 2 though & it went back to $19-something each. Total ended up being $39.66 for 2 36pack cases of classic coke (but a price which I am still v happy with!).

      • +2

        I was able to order 1 with 1 month s&s $17.52
        Then a seperate order 1 with 2 months s&s $17.52

      • Noticed that I did 2 separate orders.

      • Gotta do two separate orders

        • Weird. Anyone know why I can only seem to get Coke @ 22.236 per pack? I've added 3 cartons and S&S but total comes out at $66.71 - there is even a banner that says 19.98 for Prime Members. But when I check out it is still charging me the above higher price.

      • I got $17.23 for s&s. Does everyone see different prices?

        • +1

The base price went up slightly and the 10% s&s is coming from. That price rather then the promo price.
The new s&s price is $17.23

  • +1

Is it a bit too early to determine or prime day Australia is just all rubbish..

    • Don't think it's rubbish at all -cheapest soft drinks there have been in an age

  • -1

    Amazon sheep. They're LOVING this!!!! $ $ $ $ $

  • +1

Love the free ship from Amazon US

  • Thanks OP just ordered

  • Better than ebay

  • Any deals on vanilla coke?

  • Poor delivery guy gonna have a tough time delivering all these drinks

  • +1

Jesus Christ. I bought A LOT of drinks. Like, a few months supply, and that’s with heavy drinking.

  • How are people getting the Coke for so cheap? It shows as $27.49 before S&S for me.

    • +1

Have you tried adding it to the cart and then loading the checkout process. Also I assume you have prime?

      • Adding it to the cart did the trick. Probably should have tried that lol. Thank you.

  • Not sure how but I managed to get one order of Coke for completely free and one order for 16.21$

    • You probably had either a gift card or some promotional credit. It probably paid for the first one and then some of the second order

      • I did have one a while ago, but I definitely didn't have any credits. It said that promotion was applied but no gift cards.

I just bought monitor arms and that promotion didnt apply there

        • Check your invoice from the order. That will tell you everything.

          • @John Stone: literally just see "Promotion(s) Applied: -$11.28" and "Promotion(s) Applied: -$27.49" on both of them

            • @tobi: Somehow you’ve gotten $23.75 credit /refund or something on your account.
              Always a bonus

    • PLEASE EXPLAIN

      • I dunno man

        dis some voodoo bargains

  • I thought 60cents cans at colesworth were normal?

I've been getting Pepsi max glass bottles for $2.40 for 4 pk.

    • It works out to like 48c a can, if you use subscribe and save and then cancel, which everyone does. 38c if you live in a can refund state.

  • Is the Coke eligible for 30% off over $50?

    Edit: I guess not
