      Just encountered a problem with my online purchase made this morning.

      I made a purchase this morning to get the dell s2721dgf. I used your code plus my dell advantage coupon to made a terrific purchase. The order went through at that time to be specific which is 8:21 am this morning.

      I got the email of order acknowledgement straight away and still not getting the order conformation till around 13:00 this arvo.

      I reached out to a sales representative this afternoon about 30 mins ago and I was told the order was not processed and wont be processed because now the code is expired on 10:00am this morning.

      This makes me feel really bad and the problem is not at my end and the coupon code was valid when I make the purchase. And now not only I missed the terrific deal provided by you, I also lost my dell advantage coupon as it can only be redeemed for once!

      Just wondering would that be possible to give me a hand on this issue? Thanks in advance!

        That's not how contracts of sale works in Australia. If they don't honour the coupon pricing, they're breaching ACL.

          Trance is right and that's why Dell will honour all purchases made with coupon *before it expired. The chat team isn't always aware of the au deals nor qualified to honour them. Dm me for that or Dell Customer Care can help.

        Just curious, did you pay via Paypal? I got the same issue trying to use Paypal again because I wanted to clear my Paypal balance and encountered the same issue as you did.

        I had to contact customer care to rectify (luckily I screenshot everything this time including the promo codes), and the support team said they will process my order via credit card payment once they sort things out on their end.

        If you did pay via Paypal then it is pretty disappointing as Paypal payments are still bugged out for Dell. They should just remove it from their payment method if it does not work as expected.

          No, what I did is simple a credit card payment as I noticed in previous deal brought to us by LiMaaa a lot of issues encountered when using Paypal.

          But all these mess still happened~ Lucky you got a screenshot this time,good on ya! so you should be alright then.

    I am now for 1 hour in a call loop with Dell trying to fix my order from the 25th Sep deal which was not yet even assigned an order number. I gave up now (5 different people) and I finally told the rep on the phone to just cancel my order (this was lucky enough no problem). Ah well … one more Monitor for you guys.

    Thanks a lot OP, ordered this Tuesday morning and it arrived lunchtime today in metro Melbourne! I am shocked to see it arrive so quick.

    I've already hooked it up to my macbook for work over HDMI @ 120hz and played a round or two of Rocket League on DP at 165hz. My first impressions are that it's a wonderful monitor for both productivity and gaming, coming from an LG 4k that I didn't have the graphics horsepower to drive at 60hz for everything.

    I work and game in a well lit room so the IPS blacks are not an issue for me. I think this is a really great monitor for that ~$500 price point.

    That was fast shipping. Got mine today. After using Samsung's JG50 as my center display for over a year, this panel looks convex to me now. I hope that's just an optical illusion as my brain readjusts 🙃

    Out of the box, the colors on my unit were way oversaturated (and made me realize that my JG50 was undersaturated). For the time being, I've applied the ICC profile from RTINGS. Hopefully that doesn't introduce input lag. The monitor buttons being placed on the right hand side makes things awkward in a dual monitor setup but being able to assign shortcuts to the bottom right button helps a bit. Samsung placing the joystick button on the center bottom was a much better choice since reaching it is important to easily switch between my work macbook and my own computer.

    Nice to see that my old NB F80 monitor arm was able to fit in the recessed VESA slot though I'm quite disappointed that with the lower VESA mount point, my monitor arm gives me a max of 185mm of clearance from my desk whereas with my Samsung monitor, I got 235mm. Will see how my neck deals with it in a few days but in the short term, it sucks that opening a 16" macbook pro in front of the monitor causes the screens to overlap and now I need to be careful to not hit the screen with the macbook.

    Going from the JG50 for $350 to this for $531 doesn't seem to bad. I get Freesync/Gsync and go from 144Hz VA to 165Hz IPS though that frequency difference is lost on me. Main difference is that the VA panel's colors feel a bit more washed out but definitely diminishing returns.

    Man this monitor is sweet. I went from a 27 inch AOC monitor that was 75Hz and 1080p, and this one blows it out of the water.

    got mine 2 days ago and its been great! SHipping was supper quick too, it cam in 2 days! I recommend this monitor if your looking for one, colours are great out of the box for me and the performance is amazing. Try jump on the end of month deal if you can!
