      All plans come with SpamAssassin but you can manage filters for all email accounts and customise anything.

    Do you have any email-only hosting plans (similar to Fastmail)? Don't need VPS and already have my own domain. If so, do you support email aliases?

      Hi, if you would like an email only account, create a ticket via our website with your requirements and we will be able to quote you on a custom plan. We do allow customisations on all plans but usually it's not such drastic changes but we'll be able to accommodate your requirements.

    If I have a use case that can scale horizontally, is there any disadvantage to getting a bunch of KVM-1GB services?
    (ie, are the lower plans run on older hardware or oversubscribed, etc?)

    Do the VPS' have an internal network to communicate with other nodes?

    Do you have a lookingglass or download test for both sites?

      No. All plans are equally made. We don't go over 70% utilisation on any node and don't "oversell" or push more onto a specific system. We do not have an internal network as all servers would need to be on the same node. We current don't have a looking glass.

    The bigger plans are slightly better (but not by much) compared to others.

    That being said the KVM-1GB is the same price as binary lane (with their regular pricing) however this comes with half the transfer so why bother when you've got half the locations and half the transfer. When it drops below $4 per month then we'll be talking.

      Thanks for the heads up on Binary lane. As always the real deals are in the comments. Double the transfer is a sweet deal. And no having to jump on at some 'not to be repeated' sale.

      Theres many differences between our configurations and Binary Lane. We have small high performance nodes with none having more than 32GB RAM and not going above 70% utilisation. We could offer $2-3 VPSs if we had larger nodes and configurations that are typically used in VPS Hosting. Binary Lane are also vCores not full cores. We do not offer vCores and only offer full CPU cores. We also have a 24/7 Australian support team for any issues when Binary Lane only offer support for technical issues. You are able to install any OS on our KVM VPS and do not require specific plans for Windows VPS Servers.

      All of these combined make up two VERY different hosting environments and are not comparable. We are setup in a different way than our competitors. Our unique setup gives each VPS a better performance per VPS than if we were to have a typical VPS Hosting setup with large nodes with vCores instead of full CPU cores.

    Just bought a year, hope it's gonna be alright. (Btw it shows 4 cores in the description and 1 core in a cart after configuration (domain name, password etc).

    I also wander if it's possible at all to increase the storage size (at additional cost of course)? As 4cpu/6-8gb sounds like more than enough but 70-90gb of ssd is a bit low.

      We don't use OVH or Vultr or any other large international company. All of our Melbourne servers are in Equinix ME1 and Sydney servers are housed in Equinix SY3. We have a mix of owned and rented hardware in many datacentres around Australia.

    We have some new NVMe VPS plans in Melbourne! You can now get a Melbourne KVM VPS with NVMe SSDs in RAID for extreme disk speeds! All plans are the same meaning you get the same resources as our regular plans, just on NVMe.

        Hi, no they haven't. The NVMe plans are $6/m ($3/m with current promotion) more than the regular plans except you are allocated the same amount of resources. Usually with NVMe plans you are allocated less storage than you normally would. Our resource allocation has stayed the same across all plans. Its only an extra $6/mo for all NVMe plans.

            @maxwellian: Hi, it is an additional $6/mo (or $3/mo with current promotion) for the NVMe plans. As you mentioned, KVM-1 is $8/mo with the NVME-KVM-1 being $14, a $6/mo difference. Another example would be KVM-6 for $40/mo and $46/mo for the NVMe plan. You get the exact same amount of resources and exact same amount of storage as our regular plans only on NVMe. The $6/mo increase is a standard with the NVMe plans and remains $6/mo for all plans. We have done this instead so that no matter your plan, it’s still only a $6/mo difference. The smallest and largest KVM and NVMe KVM plans are just a $6/mo difference.

      Hi, we do allow Windows Servers to be ran on any of our KVM VPS plans. We have a handful of Windows Server trial templates that can be installed upon deployment. You can also install any version via netboot.xyz or you can give us an ISO to add to our library if we do not have it. For Windows Servers we do recommend KVM-6 and above for best performance but it can be ran on any plan. We do not offer licenses for Windows Server, you will have to purchase that yourself.
