Nappies can be $30 per box, multiply that by 2 or 3 if stocking up or have multiple kids in nappies.
I've personally only hit $200 in-store if buying meat for a big bbq.

You are usually way better off buying the large packs from amazon or similar, not the 80-90pks from the supermarket. Unless there's a spend x amount save x amount type of thing.
Buy everything organic and free range and the total will hit $200 easily.
