      Hey Benj,

      You can freeze and will store well but dont but in fridge as it becomes moist.

      As for the flat box-I am going to look into that-greatly appreciate

    I'm not sure if my order (1728) went through…
    when i was on payment screen i saw the address for NSW only had 'NS' so i closed to check.. but then it said my order had gone through…. can u double check if it has gone through or not?

    edit: gave them a call should be all fixed soon.

    Awesome, I've been craving more of your jerky since I finished my last variety selection. Really wanted to order some of your "secret" flavour, it was quite tasty.. ah well.
    Last time I ordered was when you offered free shipping on here, and the order only took a few business days to get here (1 day between ordering and postage to Perth). So it seems that all the above posts with regards to the one month delay were a once off mistake.

    What is the texture like of this jerky? and are they long strips of beef or little bits? is it anything like Jack Links? I can't stand that!

      In the last pack I ordered there were some MASSIVE strips… all of them are sliced nice and thin but expect some pieces to be the size of a small steak. Easy enough to break down into smaller strips though.

      I will have a better idea of time-frame tomorrow but would say we will pack and send tomorrow then following and following day.

      I make sure that your email is put in eparcel so a tracking order is sent to you.

      The orders are still rolling in but I have had the staff packing 200g bags for a couple days now.

    Last two times I ordered I received hard and dry jerky and I didn't receive the shirt I was promised since I was one of the first 5 to order. Is the meat cooked for different lengths of time now or were those occasions just unlucky?

    I do find this jerky "drier" but thats the way i like it. It softens up nicely if you chew it ;).

    I had issues with that famous order a few months back but they eventually got around to dealing with it.

    The second time i went through them it all went perfect. Thanks guys :) it was delicious.

      The Status update doesnt work so it one change until we move them all over when all jerky is out.

    Mine arrived today. Quite happy with delivery time.
    Holy f*** the flaming arrow is HOT! And the new flavour sample is great.
