        Ahh ok, it’s hilarious I live on the Central Coast the ps5 shipped from QLD the truck would have had to drive straight pass me to get to Chullora in Sydney which is 1.5hrs further away in the opposite direction from me lol.

    My tracking still not updated from being at Chullora since Monday, Aus post says delivery Nov-30 to Dec 2nd which is today but it’s still in Chullora and Amazon says the 15th December.

      Mine has been "in transit" from Brisbane to Chullora since Monday. Aus Post eta is Dec 1-4th but I think there may be delays. My amazon eta is dec 10th, but doubt that's accurate

      Called AusPost, they have confirmed that the stock has arrived at the Chullora facility and is waiting to get picked up by a delivery driver.

    Don't understand why packages are coming from different states. People in NSW are getting VIC stock, QLD are getting VIC stock too and then people in VIC are getting QLD stock. They should just ship what is closest to people. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to Amazon's logistics!

        One of the lucky few it seems! Sydney here and coming via Melbourne. Not that fussed, it just doesn't seem to make logistical sense to send stock into opposite states instead of fulfilling locally first.

    Regarding Sony Orders - Just got this from Live chat!!

    "Hi X. Thanks for waiting. Upon checking with our sales team, they have advised that your order will be shipped on the 7th of this month, which will be next monday. Once it has been released, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the tracking and contact details of the courier."

    I just rang Auspost was just more curious as Amazon says mine will be delivered on the 10th, Aus post says today. Long story short Amazon’s tracking is more accurate than Auspost as they pull information from delivery times from customers in same or similar areas where as Auspost just spit a number out.

    Auspost words not mine.

    Auspost said any delivery that is stated for today realistically expect it either Thursday this week or Monday next week.

    Hope this puts some people’s minds at ease.

    As a side note the guy I spoke with at Auspost was lovely and very helpful, shame they don’t have a feedback system when the call ends I would of given him a solid review.

      From my experience, Auspost is always correct and Amazon is always cautious and puts extra days on if it isnt shipped through Amazon delivery. My brother PS5 said the 10th of December, auspost delivered yesterday. So Id be trusting what the Auspost system says over Amazons

      This is the same with me. Mine also came from QLD and has been stuck in Sunshine West since Monday.

      i hate Aus Post Sunshine West. Almost all shipments that came thru them has been delayed in my experience.

    Has anyone got a PS5 "DELIVERED" from JB (who ordered on Nov 12).

    Seems a lot of people have got texts to pickup (if they chose Click and Collect) but those who chose Delivery got nothing.

    My brother ordered with Harvey Norman too (delivery) on Nov 12 also and hasn't received anything either.

      I dont think anybody who ordered on Nov 12 from JB has had it delivered. Everyone's order still says processing.

      But the dispatch date was always December 7 wasn't it?

        On the email it said "available for shipping on 8th December, or shortly afterwards".

        Given most JB Stores received stock, I assumed the delivery would occur sooner. But maybe they aren't going to ship until December 8 for some reason.
