    For the iconic is there a limit to number of times an account uses the cash back offer?

    Have a few items but for one of them not sure on size so want get both and then return one but know that any return voids the cashback

      Hi there. For The Iconic, these are the terms:

      During the 17 hour promotional period, 25% cashback for THE ICONIC is capped at $20 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 7am to 11:59pm AEDT 10/11/20.

      Means that you can make multiple transactions, but the total combined across all of them must not exceed $20. So if your first transaction is for $75, you will get $15 cashback. If your second transaction is for a further $75, you will only get $5 cashback.

      For BWS, there is a strict limit of one transaction per account only for today. Any subsequent transactions (irrespective of spend) will attract 0% cashback. Hope this helps :)

          You must have checked your acct prior to receiving the tracking email. The cap auto-adjusts the transaction a few minutes after hitting your acct and then generates the tracking email :)

        Hi TA I’m just wondering how the caps work if I’ve cancelled the first transaction ($14 tracked) with Cotton On due to incorrect size. I put in a second order which has tracked the balance of the cap ($6) which is the lower amount, will that second tracked transaction automatically increase once the system recognises first transaction was cancelled? Will be a bummer if not :(

      Yes I think you need to be logged into a BWS account, not 100% sure but it seems to be the case.

    I made a purchase using BWS and the transaction was tracked. Issue is the store has cancelled my order and refunded my funds (they don't have stock). Given the deal was only for one transaction per member, is there a way I can get this fixed so I can order it from another store?

    So if you purchase on your phone and click through it automatically opens the app so does that mean no cashback. Pretty dodgy if so. Also cashback guarantee means nothing, still haven't got my cashback from the last debacle on 3 Sep. The cashback in my account is only 3.5% instead of the 25% it was meant to be.

      Depending on what phone you have, you can force an app to not open when you click a link (I do this on Android). Best way to do it is to use the CR app and directly shop within the CR app.

      That wouldn't be anything to do with CR, it's showing as $61 for me clicking directly through. Most likely BWS either changed the price, or could be regional specific pricing that you've seen.

      Prices may be different in different states due to the 10c refund thing. I'm in QLD and it's $61 but in Victoria, it shows as $58.
