We all know about the floods, but IMO, I reckon it's all a bit of bullshit. I think a lot of PC shops / importers are artificially inflating the price of their drives and making a massive markup and blaming the floods. How many drives have I seen from WD and Seagate that are damn made in China!!!

I've had pretty good customer service at their North Melbourne store. The Pascoe Vale store is pretty bad though.
