Festive shurikens?
To be fair, it's probably okay for bike maintenance which is what it is being advertised for in the photos. The screws and stuff on bikes aren't generally super tight. But yeah I don't imagine this would be useful for much else. Get a screwdriver with multiple tips that you can change out, much better.

Is this something Boomers buy for Millenials?
It's a really clever design - the negative spaces between the screwdriver and allen bits become spanners. On the downside, it's big (63mm across) and has lots of pointy bits, so you wouldn't want to keep it in your pocket. And I question whether you could actually use it as a spanner in most situations, because the body of the tool would get in the way and you wouldn't have enough leverage. I wouldn't get it, but I loved looking at it.
