    18.5L OOS

    • Just picking three Woolies at random in Melbourne, it's available for Pick Up at Beaconsfield 3807, Altona 3018, Coburg North 3058. Curiously, not available for Delivery in my suburb.

      • maybe just in-store for it. I'll have a check tomorrow

    • Plenty of stock around my locals.

    • Just orders five at my local in sa.

  • just what i needed

    5.25L is quite small

If you think of a 10x2 litre milk cartoons this would be 4x5 of them. I suspect these are about half the size of what we normally use

I bought the 18.5l one and it is realistically too small as a laundry basket, unless you are only washing a few things.

Using it as a storage bin instead

Don't forget woolworths support Murdoch and news Corp

      So?
I would buy it from Trump Corp if it was a (Oz) bargain .

    • Don't make this political haha
We are concerned about quality of the bargain not on anyone's political views.

Unity through bargains not through politics 😉

Was considering buying one as a laundry basket; but with 8 kids, far too small. Should of wrapped it to reduce the the amount of babies . Oh well. Live and learn

    • no worries, just get a farm and you have free worker.

  • We have two of these and they are great for small items and light items. Once you put a bottle of milk or anything heavy in it, it really flexes. It can hold it but the handles can come out if it is too heavy. It's not like the baskets you get at the shops.

If you do get one, try putting stuff in it and see if you like it or not. We just use them in the garden now.

It's not like the baskets you get at the shops.

But the shops is where you get this basket too

    • Can it handle clothing? I bought five of them hoping that they can be stacked and act like an in-out bin for dirty and clean clothing.

      • Isn't it described as a "laundry" stack?

        • A 2L bottle of milk must be like four jeans worth of weight. Or two big coats. I'm hoping rsop used milk as a random example, and he's not actually going shopping with this basket.

          • @AustriaBargain: If you got the bigger one then im sure it will be just fine. sorry I was referring to the 5L one. At home use, I think it's fine, I just don't think the handles are best under the weight. But if you have clothes in it then you will prob just carry it then use the handles.

Damn I booked my pickup for 7pm, but I needed to go in earlier today anyway. Now I have to go back to pick them up. I'll keep you all updated..

    • The saga continues. I just got a refund notice for one of the five baskets, out of stock.

      • Final update. Yes these things are tiny, even the big one. It is about the size of a supermarket hand basket.

        • They probably need more like a 25L one, maybe half again as big to replace the regular laundry basket?

          • @Member 0230: Maybe I'm just misunderstanding what a "laundry basket" is. I thought it was for clothing, but maybe it's for a bottle of detergent and a bottle of fabric softener.

  • Any in stock in store for 50% off?
