I see no reason to get this over the Xiaomi 34"

      First thing comes in mind

G34WQC is better however, 144hz/ 350 cd/m2 / HDR400 (yes, fake HDR) certification for tiny bit more at $650 (Pre order) or $675 from ShoppingExpress

    • Any idea what the cost for posting from Skycomp to Melbourne is?
The Skycomp website shows undefined for my postcode.

    • Looks like they are jacking this monitor on eBay.. have been watching them for a while and I guess they realise it is one of the best monitors for price so can add some
cheeky profit. Futu was $729 now $819. I was going to wait for black friday but unsure now!

      • Yeh, I guess this is the normal 'pre-Black Friday' trick - they increase the price a bit just before the big sale event and make the later on discount number seen to be more attractive.

It probably means they are going to have a 20% off sale soon.

  • This? or the xiaomi 34 ?

If you're looking for a budget ultrawide then the Xiaomi 34" might be a better deal - unsure about warranty and support vs what MSI would provide.

Otherwise I'd wait for a decent price on the Gigabyte G34WQC. Just thought 200$ off this would be good for those who are looking to buy this specifically.

      • Yeah I am hell-bent on getting the Gigabyte G34WQC hopefully it goes on sale somewhere

  • I've been able to find very little by way of reviews for this monitor, can I ask where you found them?
