I was chatting to the Dell advisor online about when the S2721D will be available again when he mentioned that the E2720HS will be on sale tomorrow 10am AEDT for $198.25.

Applying the promo code EPP2020 will bring it down to $188.34 - almost $40 cheaper than the last deal.

No doubt that it isn't comparable to the S2721D but it's suitable enough for me as a second screen to monitor the growing number of web scrapers that I have.

    Getting absolutely destroyed with Dell through their customer support lately. Bought a monitor that was OOS, been two weeks and still haven't had my money come through. I hope nobody has the same issues, as their monitors are great.

      I bought a dell monitor recently and very disappointed with it. Fuzzy/blurry and worse than my other monitors despite in theory having more dpi. Was S3221QS. So some of their monitors at least are crappy.

      Mine was a bit opposite. My son bought a $1,250 laptop for about $800 using eBay coupon approximately a year ago. The power button did not work. They replaced the part but the same issue happened soon after. They replaced entre laptop with a new one. SSD gets randomly disconnected (HDD not found error) and requested a refund. They refunded $1,250 not $800.

      I had a similar issues buying from the outlet store using paypal (paypal was the only payment option available).

      I don't think they realized the payment as through paypal and had no idea how to reverse the transactions. This went on for about 2 weeks. Raised a dispute in paypal and was resolved in 48 hours from memory.

      Exactly as OP, its a shame as I've always bought Dell monitors and never had an issue with the monitor itself.

        60hz is fine for office stuff but this is 1080p on a 27" display so the text will be fuzzy/blurry. This monitor is aimed at running photo slideshows and playing movies rather than office/gaming tasks.

    Is this actually going to be in stock in Australia? Tried getting some of the other monitors and it’s up to a 55 day wait! Half of them don’t even give estimates and their support people take for to answer you on the chat.
