Yes. This is WD Black, not to confused with the WD blue(which can be compared to the kingston A2000). The WD Black is probably in the same league as the Samsung 970 evo plus. I may not be accurate, at least that is WDs intention

They're roughly on par imo but the Samsung drive is 5 year warranty in Australia. Not sure on WD's international warranty.
The Samsung is faster.
doesnt matter if you have an nvme ssd with either qlc, tlc, or mlc flash memory majority of people wont notice the difference only big data users eg. 4k video editors.
only reasons to get the "faster" ssd is for a. bragging rights b. you have the money for it.
heck even a cheaper sata ssd would work the same as nvme for majority of people.
