  • OK precedent base for lawyers (not the best), although most will have their own already.

    Only usable if you know what you're doing - can be a false sense of security for small businesses though.

    Best to still engage a lawyer to get tailored and customised documents done up for your business.

  • Good for those who needs a lot of legal template. Save your time to create your own on managing the company internal matters (minutes, resolutions etc.)
