Looking at the Amazon comments, many verified purchasers mention this is not a genuine Sony controller, so be aware.
Good to have the warning here. But 99% sure Amazon would refund you if you could show it's not genuine from Sony. This is being sold by Amazon Au, not a 3rd party.

I bet they got theirs from a third party marketplace seller flogging off their knockoffs. Not from seller amazon AU which is actually Amazon itself.
Remember that seller Amazon AU (being Amazon itself) would have a direct stock shipment relationship with Sony. So you're not getting a counterfeit from seller Amazon AU.
Huge companies like that say Amazon all have a stock relationship with the manufacturer.
be careful folks, amazon is notorious for fake products, ps4 controller fakes look and feel very legit so hard to tell apart. Just make sure to double check serial number once ur order arrives.
As i said above. That fake products ain't from Amazon. But it's from marketplace sellers which are dealing on the Amazon web site. It has nothing to do with Amazons own stock. As i said Amazon has direct stock shipment relationships with the manufacturer. They get their stock shipped direct to their warehouses direct from the manufacturer. That's zero chance that you'll get a fake PS4 controller if you select Amazon AU as the seller. So yeah just think about it before you post rubbish comments like that.
Buyers beware. Don't buy PS4 controllers from unknown marketplace sellers which are listing their products through the Amazon web site. If you stick with seller Amazon AU you will be safe.
