@Monsta-AU: Where in the settings do you change to live streaming? Mine is still just click to refresh and it asks to confirm $41.25 to select streaming?
Can you link this live data subscription to Tradingview? (so you don't have to pay $18US/month on Tradingview)
No. CMC is not linkable to Trading view. I use FXCM for CFDs and Forex, gold etc. They will pay for trading view pro for one year if you trade a notional $250k/month.
I use CMCs inbuilt charting for shares. If you can do without Trading view for CFDs etc and use CMCs platform, CMC has far better spreads than FXCM unless you trade $3 mil/mth forex. IMHO CMCs platform is very good for a retail trader.
As always in this game, YMMV and my commentary should not be taken as advice.

Just swapped mine over. Live updating without refreshing on non-delayed data is a big big improvement and is one of the reasons to maintain a Commsec account.
Now since you can trade in US, CA, UK & JP on $0 commission on trades over AUD$1K, CMC might just now be the best broking platform. I just wish that I could use my MQG CMA with them.
How much do they charge per trade?

great, created an account and got the subscription all fairly simply.
Is this subscription-like Iress/view-point? I might switch over if so for US access.
