    eBay got tracked but both challenge says calculating. How log it take to calculate?
    Reward tab shows both challenge completed and reward pending.

    Mine never tracked even though I specifically ordered through desktop instead of app (which I've had issues with) with no AdBlocker or other clicks. Other orders tracked fine, but not this.
    Submitted claim, but previous attempts lead me to believe they'll do nothing.

    Shopback really is terrible…

      Yeah I don't think i've had claims find missed cashbacks, usually just rejected.

      It’s never failed to track for me before, so this would be the first time it’s failed and I had to submit a claim. (Granted, I haven’t bought that much but they were mostly from eBay/Amazon so I’m pretty sure I didn’t mess up the process.)

      …Maybe the system wasn’t happy that i was using Cash Rewards the day before, lol.

    I have the same issue as everyone else, my transaction didn't track & SB sent a generic email saying that my transaction is "ineligible", which is such BS.

    SB being dodgy af as usual :(
