        • -1

You don't butvyou just said boycott made in China. So that mean others also? Who do buy Apple products.

          • +2

@xoom: You can buy Samsung phone.

            Made in Vietnam

Actually Apple is starting to make some of their iPhones elsewhere. Like India.

            • @airpoe: I can see where he is coming from lol.

            • +3

@airpoe: You don't have to tell me. My phone is lg. Made in Korea. My tablet is Samsung. Made in Vietnam. Just saying boycott China made won't be so easy for some.

            • @airpoe: But Vietnam is also a communist country with a poor human rights record.

              • +2

@Fiximol: at least vietnam does not treat australia like crap

          • +4

@xoom: It is up to them whether these people want to boycott or not, after China treats Australia like crap.

            • @HolyCr4p: Australian farmers are copping the brunt. Like they didn't have it hard enough already.

It's not just China. Blame the Morrison government.

              • +2

@dreamstation: I'm also doing it for HK & muslims in concentration camps.

              • @dreamstation: blame the morrison because they accused China is the spreader of Covid ? LOL

              • +1

@dreamstation: This is exactly what i mean. Calling for boycott China made is not going to be easy.

Already getting negged the moment I mention Apple without even saying why the neg.

Do they think Apple is not made in China? All I'm saying is Apple users will not boycott buying Apple products no matter what you say about boycotting china made goods till you're blue in the face.

                • @xoom: just FYI i didnt put the neg for you

            • +2

@HolyCr4p: I'm not disagreeing with you about china treating us like crap. All I'm saying is calling for a boycott on Chinese made goods is cutting ones nose to spite ones face.

We boycott their goods. They do the same to us. Who do you think will lose out ultimately?

              • @xoom: Is this oz bargain site or oz politic? We looking for bargain not spread nationalism, so last time we spread hate to Indonesia because they executed drug dealer, now we hate China because Covid? Next we gona spread hate New Zealand because they stole your kangaroo? And yet we support clown like Trump and prime minister that having holiday while his country burn?

                • +1

@Anubizz: Well perhaps a question best asked of HolyCr4p. Who stated we should boycott China made products.

      • +2

Applie is made in China and they use children labour

    • +1

why don't we boycott selling to China too?
stop export to China. Iron Ore is one of them.
Stop allowing international student from China too…
Then we will see who suffers at the end

      • We are the one who will lose out. China can source from somewhere else. We make money from export, tourism and international student.

        • +1

Exactly! this is what I am trying to get across.
We need to be smart and cool headed in handling this case.
We do not let people throw crap on us yet don't do stupid things that will hurt ourselves at the end.
If we boycott them then they can do the same… and we are the one to loose.

          • @tesla: Precisely the point. This tit for tat action and reactions results ultimately in us hurting ourselves.

    • +2

Yeah forget diplomacy, lets embark on a trade war we can't possibly win.

    • Just got one from them last week and delivered within 3 days.

  • Can this be used as a air duster? To clean a PC of the dust sticking to the fans.

  • I prefer the Baseus over this as it has usb-c, bigger battery and more attachments. oh and presets.

    • Would you be able to link it please?

found this review, not the best but gives some indication.

          Thankyou!

      • this ?

        gets good reviews…
but they may be in praise of the classic chinglish/autotranslate/crazy marketing claims:

        2000 dense air outlets.
It only takes one second to inflate.
Five tires can be inflated at a time: continuous and efficient work for 30 minutes, five fetuses in a row is without a problem.
        Operating instruction:

        1. The car is filled into the smoke-lighting port of the car, and the air filled tire is needed to connect the air-filled wire. (Turn on the LED lights at night)
Girls can also operate it - it only takes one second to inflate in two steps

Think I'll skip the Baseus, no pressure reading or control, just presets for SUV or CAR.

[edit #4] ooh, there's a new Baseus inflator

        • yes the one with lcd is what I chose

  • Quality built pump, very happy with it. Routinely pump my electric scooter tyres and motorbike tyres up with this. Bit slow with the motorbike but gets there in the end.

    • did you try on a car?

      • Nope I didn't. Just use the ones at the servo for that.

      • I pump my tyres up with this or top them off to 32 PSI. Inflating from flat will drain the entire battery on one tyre.

  • How does it compare to the following in terms of performance (I know both are almost 3 times the price)

    https://www.aegpowertools.com.au/products/details/18v-12v-hy…

    or

    https://www.totaltools.com.au/123900-milwaukee-m12-compact-i…

I tried the Milwaukee inflator and I know it can get a 1.5t truck tyres to max in few minutes.

    • I tried the Milwaukee inflator and I know it can get a 1.5t truck tyres to max in few minutes

Four tyres or one tyre? Max from flat or max from nearly max? It's all relative.

      • two of R630 195/75R16 107/105 from 30 psi to 65psi

  • +1
    • Was just looking at this. Have you tried to inflate any car tyres with it?

      • haven't tried on my 4wd tyres yet i will try it later on the spare.
Manual says it is up to 160PSI, well over the tyres specification, so should work.

        • No problem if you're using this on 4wd tyres around town but if you need something to rely on out in the bush on your own then spend more on a quality product. A compressor that uses 12V direct from your vehicle will be better than Ozito batteries too.

          • @OzBragain: it does have a AC plug, maybe can plug in to an inverter? not sure if it will blow a fuse :D

  • Not a bad little pump - though, when testing with car tyres it'll go to the desired pressure (e.g. start at 37 and to 40) within a short period of time, stop and then read 38/39. Will have to run it a few times before it properly sets the pressure. Tyres aren't massive but not tiny either (235/45R18). Worked great on soccer balls though.

  • ive got one of these and its great for things around the house like bikes, wheelbarrows and trolleys. Got it from Gshopper however the first one was faulty. I really liked that the just believed when i emailed them and posted me a new one out without having to send the original one back. It was nice not having to mess around with photos and return postage, Good company to deal with. :)

  • Does this do continuous airflow? Would it be ok for blowing out electronics/keyboards?
