Just got mine today. Came in a bigger box with brown paper as the protection. Fortunately the delivery guy placed it down.
It doesn't come with AU power adapter. Lucky I have the seagate power supply and usb cable.
Wouldn't that mean it's not brand new?
It comes a US power adapter. Still sealed and new.
My one had a dent on the corner of the product box, the shipping box was perfectly fine though. Same brown paper as padding, it rattled around the box from side to side. Requested a replacement.
Got the replacement, got an US plug as well.
Where do you request an AU plug again?
Try somewhere here https://support-en.wd.com/app/chat/chat_launch
Under no circumstances provide them any bank details. Some ozbargainers have reported being scammed.
Got mine a few days ago.
Ran full hdd tests. 2 reallocated sectors.
Applying for replacement.
Any chance I could get a screenshot of the price you paid for this? :)
Would really appreciate it
