    Hi. I am not seeing the boost of 3000 points for some reason and not sure what I'm doing wrong. I just created a everydays rewards card on the Woolworths app and can see the barcode. When I go to the Everyday rewards section it just says "0 points, You need 2000 more points to earn $10 off your next shop, No points boosters right now". What should I do?

    This booster promo is a little confusing. It is tagged to the WW app and not the usual which come through the Rewards app. The 3000 points booster will show up on WW app after activation but will NOT show up on Rewards app.

    According to WW, the intent is for their customers to download the WW app and shop online from the app even though in-store shop is eligible for the booster reward points. My partner and I received the promo email that is tagged to our reward cards. We have only one WW online account and don't see a need to create another one.

    So I've activated the booster promo on my reward card, then change the reward card to my partner's card and activated it separately. Not sure whether this would work.

    • Bur presumably it still shows in your normal points balance once done, right?

      • I wouldn't expect otherwise.

    No mention of any minimum spend, I agree. But has this got to be at least a dollar? Asking as sometimes I see a lot of bakery/milk items marked down and my bill is sometimes < $1. This earns me 0 EDR points for that bill. But will still get the Bonus 3000 points?

    I just read it again myself and I think I better bill at least $1. Lol.

    Took me a few days to realise that the offer was only in the Woolworths app, not the Rewards app. Downloaded the Woolies app, linked rewards card and offer for 3000 points was there. Nice one.

      I think they are merging the two apps into one (which makes sens).

  • Anyone getting a "Server Error" when trying to add the Rewards card? Looks like a bug as some cards work fine.

      Try to log out of your Woolworths online account and then enter the rewards card. There's a possibility that your rewards card is already linked to a different Woolworths online account so it won't let you link it. This server error happened to me with an old rewards card. When I contacted them about it they told me that my rewards card was linked to another Woolworths online account. I couldn't remember what the email was, so they couldn't unlink it for me.

    It is impossible to add your reward card to the app. After you go through the 2 factor authentication it just says the rewards server has been down the entire time for the past 2 days!

    • Did you try logging out of the app and linking your rewards card as a guest?

    • Same. Found it added the Rewards card anyway.
      Did you go to Home screen to see if Rewards was added, telling you to boost?

      • This is interesting. I guess the litmus test would be to shop and the 3000 points show up on your rewards account. Did the 3000 points show up for you?

        fyi, my WW app showed that my 3000 points offer is boosted. But the points did not show up after my shop 3 days ago. Jump on WW chat and CS checked the it was not boosted on my rewards account despite the WW app showing that the boosting is done and "Ready to Shop".

    Well I made a big $1.70 purchase and yep, scored 3000 points.
    Weird thing is, those 3000 points are just sitting in my EDR balance as points and have not converted into $10 off (2000pts) and 1000 points.
    I will have another look tomorrow

    I and my partner have different rewards card and we both received the 3000 boost offer. Has anyone tried to use the same phone to activate 3000 bonus points offer on two different rewards card successfully? Thanks very much.

      Yes, I did 4 accounts within 5 min on the Woolworths App and all were boosted and I have now received the points.

    I shopped last night for 2 of my accounts that were targeted (3 were not). One shop was $20 the other was only $1.30. Points have showed up for both.

  • My app do not have 3000 point offer, I think it is very much targeted to certain group of people.

      It stacks with the booster in this post as there is no minimum spend as long as it's on the same account.

  • Kicking myself that I didn't activate this before spending $200+ today. I didn't see this in the Rewards app and thought I wasn't targeted, but just now saw the comment that it was in the WOOLWORTHS app, not Rewards. Reading comprehension, I don't know her

    • Just buy something cheap. There's no min spend

      • Unlikely I'll be heading to Woolies tomorrow (I don't really live close to one), maybe I can convince a family member lol

        • You could do an online order for $30 today and schedule click and collect for 1 week ahead. Should work, make sure your rewards card is linked. Everything you purchase will be 50% off even if not on sale.

          • @Yola: Nah, T&Cs say "your order needs to be delivered or picked up by 23:59 AEDT on 22/12/2020 to qualify for bonus points" :/

  • Guess I'm unlucky, installed the right app, my EDR card is linked, i go to more, boost your points, but just shows 4 items that have a slight bonus points for them.
    Not even the 1000 for new users as their site shows.

    Plus it's too late to use chat, which closed at 6.
