  • During the 2 hour promotional period, 12% cashback for Amazon Australia is capped at $25 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 9:00am to 11:00am AEDT 26/12/20.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of vouchers, gift cards, kindle unlimited, audible, mobile apps, subscribe & save items, prime subscriptions.
  • Ensure your Amazon cart is empty before clicking from Cashrewards, as items added prior to clicking will not earn cashback. Items must only be added to cart after clicking from Cashrewards.
  • Purchases paid with gift cards are eligible for cashback (not Amazon credit).
  • You must return and click through from Cashrewards to Amazon every time you make a new transaction/purchase.
  • Cashback is paid on eligible purchases, excluding delivery, taxes & GST.
  • Pre-orders are eligible for cashback only if the item is scheduled to be shipped within 60 days of purchase.

    • Amazon was very slow. I eventually got all three notifications of my three purchases. (Received same email notification twice on one tracking)
      That likely an amazom issue, NOT Cashrewards.
      The two SCA purchases I did, however came through relatively quickly.

      I clearly spent too much today 😏

  • I had multiple items in order but got cashback tracking email only for 1 item. Will wait few days and see if others come thru.

    • Same here, although noticed the only items left remaining to track are both video games.

      Edit: actually just checked my Cashrewards activity and the other two items tracked, I just didn't get email about them.

  • All the items I bought have tracked already, I maxed the $25 back.

  • Tracked for me also for multiple items.

  • With almost all Cashrewards cashback emails, I have found the tracking to be almost instantaneous even if the disclaimer might state a tracking speed of up to 4 days.
    Amazon does not charge your debit / credit as soon as you hit the order button. They do this when they are ready to ship, and which is probably why the Cashrewards tracking is delayed by the same time difference.

    In any case, I have found at least one transaction where the full amount was used to calculate cashback yield rather than the ex-GST amount. 🤔
    I guess it depends on how the individual merchant report back on the sale.

  • I got an email track reward for my first purchase, and not the second one which was much higher “spent” amount… don’t really want another begging email to Cashrewards CS for my eligibility… my purchases alrdy arrived btw…

  • I have an issue with one item that was sent that arrived today from my boxing day order.

    I'm worried if I do a report on that, they'll refund and then I will lose out on the cash back from the entire order

        Estimated Approval 11 March 2021

        • You have the simple choice of refund and miss out on all cash back or don’t refund and keep it .
          It’s not hard .

          • @popsiee: Bonus. They refunded the whole order. Probably no cashback, but then, no outlay so far either

    • try to ask for an exchange?

  • I made a purchase on 26/12 at approximately 9.30am.

    To date - still not tracked.

    I used the Cashrewards app on my phone to place the order. Item was added to cart 'After' clicking through to Amazon on the Cashrewards app.

    No email received. Nothing shows up under 'My Rewards'. Although I can see my "click" to Amazon Australia registered under 'My Click History'.

    • Contact Cashrewards and lodge a missing cashback claim, you may need to provide them your Amazon order confirmation.
