      Contact them and ask for the proof of delivery. It would have the name and signature of the person whom it was delivered to.

      I still haven't received it and also got delivered on 27 Jan. I think that's the bulk shipment though. On the order status page I've got another DHL GLOBAL FORWARDING HONGKONG LIMI tracking link but it says records not found..

      Same for me, I have not received. On the Order Visibility Portal it says expected to arrive Feb 8th. There are two tracking links there, the DHL one finds no records while the Expeditors one has:

      04-Feb-2021 - Requested Delivery Date
      27-Jan-2021 - Proof of Delivery Rcvd
      27-Jan-2021 - Delivered to Consignee

    missed the delivery by DHL on the 28/1. got it yesterday 1/2. was sent from hong kong. ordered 3. its a surprisingly good mouse pad.

    Same problem with delivery. Item says delivered but it hasn't arrived. Front door camera also has no footage of the package being delivered at or around the tracking delivery time.

    Mouse pad was supposed to arrive today, called Lenovo to see where the order is at and they said that they received communication the mouse pads will ship earliest by end of this week. DHL tracking still shows no records found.

    checked email again with tracking number, dhl tracking number seems to be working, seems like its being held at a dhl depot as of now. Hopefully delivery next week?
