Yeah reason I’ve never used Uber eats , one place I looked at $17 for a dish on Uber eats plus delivery fee vs $11.50 same dish phone order and pick up, hard pass for me

Beware that at least in my experience, they used Doordash. Was so late, he couldn’t find our place, and to top it all off, I got the wrong order. Awful first experience with their delivery. I think this is something to do with doordash, they are really sub par.

It's just bad luck. I order a lot and I've had bad experiences with all the delivery companies. No company will get it right 100% of the time. Majority of the time they're good.
I’m not sure it’s just bad luck. While you will obviously have issues with all of them at some point, patterns do emerge and some companies are better than others in my experience. I’ve used them all many times too. Doordash and Menulog just have inferior delivery experiences compared with Say Uber eats. Again, my own experience is all I’m talking about here. When you order 3 times from Doordash and there’s something wrong each time, it’s not just bad luck.

Menulog and Door dash will deliver Nando's in SA, but I don't think you can order delivery directly from Nando's.
You can. I have ordered via the Nandos App multiple times in SA from the Marion store. Best thing using their app is you can add your Peri reward offer for the month to the order and also earn points on your order.

I took advantage of the free regular chips to claim as part of the peri peri club sign-up, so just added a quarter chicken with it - for $7.50 delivered, not complaining. Thanks OP

So the delivery ain't free its just added as a surcharge on each item?
