        We've done this to give you some time to choose to add more data or opt for Pay-as-you-go charges.

        This wording concerns me, perhaps I'm paranoid but I feel like I'm going to be scammed by bill shock.

        Why not just a simple alert when close to 100gb and make it clear there are charges unless you choose.

        Postpaid always seems dodgy to me. Happy to be proved wrong.

          Yes you can run up excess data charges and international call charges. Once you use all your data there is a booster option $10 for 10GB. You do recieve usage alerts but if your kid uses more than 100GB you will be charged excess at $0.01 per 1MB.

    Avoid like the plague (considering how some people responded to the corona, may need to change this), too many issues especially when you want to port out (including losing numbers).

    Not worth the risk to 'try'.

      We understand your concern. Yes they did agree that they had issues last year and that a completely new team is onboard under new management to avoid and prevent the issues of the past
