              @tessel: Sorry I was replying to trex, I just went on the boost online chat and said I bought a new sim pack instead of a recharge, can they credit if for me and the guy just activated my new sim with my old number, no porting out to another provider.

                @kyzahh: I also did online chat with boost and told them I brought starter pack instead of recharge pack. They moved my existing number to new sim. The existing data got rolled over too as bonus data as well.

        I just tried now, spoke to a chap named Ric, he said because of the new 2021 "Boost Ultra" policy they can no longer do this.

        "Just want to ask whether you can manually transfer credit from starter kit to my existing account"

        "To save more of your time and set your expectation properly, What you were asking is simply not possible this time. Before, It was but because of the 2021 update - that option is no longer available."

      If you're using the app you need to click on more info and the bonus data will show there. It's listed separate to your normal plan data and is used first.
