Coke variants (sugar, no sugar, diet) 36 can pack are back down to $23.34. Not the historical low, but when it drops down to this price is usually my personal signal to buy :)

  • When is the best before date?

      Hmmm…

      Just read the first review…

1.0 out of 5 stars Subscription Buyer beware! They send you short dated stock!

Coke No Sugar tastes crap after the best before date… It goes kind of sour…

      • +1

Oh wow, interesting. They know you are in it for the long term, so they give you the old stuff!

        • +2

I'd buy the sugar one online, but not 'coke no sugar'

        • Here's another review…

          Mr Todd
3.0 out of 5 stars Short use by dates
When on special it's good value, but be careful use by dates are short and that makes the flavour taste like water with no thickness.

          • @jv: Just received mine - expiry date is 16 May 21.

      • +1

It's a hit and miss, I have ordered several times and received short-dated stock only once. Regardless, with Amazon's customer service being what it is, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

      • +1

One time I asked for a No Sugar, I got a zero. Thought it was odd, as No Sugar had been out for a good year or so but went to drink it. Tasted shite. Looked at the bottom and it was about a year past the best before date.

Agree with Amazon generally being a miss for No Sugar. I’ve stopped buying it from them because it always tastes off.

  • +1

Normal coke same price. Doesn’t best the pre S&S $22.5 price but it’s only 70c a box diff.

  • +1

I drink this way to fast to be worried about a best before date…
The S&S price is just for the first delivery though, the next ones are gonna be $23+ right?

    • +1

Have come across packs in supermarkets past the best before date.

Bought once without checking, it was awful…

      I always check first now…

  • If you set up a subscribe and save - does it retain this price for future re occurring months?

    • +2

      No…

    • -3

I want you to think long and hard if this would ever happen. Do that next time before you comment

    • +1

I asked the same question about the last house I bought off the plan

  • +1

Amazon will always match the per litre price of any configuration being sold in the main supermarkets . That's how they price. And you don't have to pay to get it delivered. They never price lower that I've ever seen. So I always use Amazon as I don't have to lug it home.
    To demonstrate
The coke no sugar 30 pack is currently $1.73 per litre or $19.45 at Woolies.
The Amazon 36 pack is $1.73 per litre or $23.34.

    • +1

I never realised they price matched NSW.
      $17.22 for the No Sugar 30 pack in Vic, $1.53 / 1L - Woolies
No recycling scheme in Vic as yet.

      • I didn't even think about other states sorry. Was just using the NSW experience. So Victoria Woolies is cheaper then? Or does Amazon price different in Victoria ?

        • All good, I'd never thought about the other states prices either and now know what to expect when the recycling scheme does kick in,
Woolies is cheaper in Vic and on Amazon its the same price OP posted.

    • Yeah the free delivery is one of the bonuses for me, living in a high density area.

  • +2

This is very bad as they send me only just over 1 month expired date.
Very bad on Amazon on this.
I will steer away from this.. way better of buying from Woolworths. I tried to put a reviews on Amazon to be awared to buyers but amazone refused not to public.

    • Maybe we should all tell Amazon to the put the best before date / expiry date on the product page like Catch.com.au.

    • +2

I've never had an issue with the expiry and I purchase Coke from Amazon all the time. My order last month expire in August 2021.

If it's less than three months expiry, you need to contact Amazon customer support - they will give you a full refund.

      • Do you get to keep the coke or send it back with a $17 rebate on shipping fee?

        • +1

I've always got to keep the product.

      • +1

Hi, I just got the email about the refund after contacted Amazon.
        Thanks

    • Hey Borat, that you?

  • How is this a good deal when Woolworth is selling 30 cans for $17 in this week's catalogue, and it happens almost every second week.

    • Yeah, not really a deal. Woolies alternate between specials on 30 or 36 can boxes (or is it 24)… I guess if you want it delivered to your door. But reading some comments about the expiry date, why would you.

    • +1

Because in NSW add 10c per can. Amazon are pricing to match NSW prices. So you're better off going to Woolies but I'm not.

  • Thanks bought 6 😂

  • +1

    Same price as Woolworths

  • I had heard this as well about amazon drinks, and in Oct 2020 i ordered some Hamilton energy drinks, dated Jan 2021, pretty short but last week i bought a case of Mother from amazon after that deal on here and the best before date is Jan 2022, maybe its hit and miss with the dates?

  • So how do these come packaged?

Do they just slap a sticker on that box?

    • +1

They put it in a box with some additional brown packing paper.

Sticker on the box would probably be more logical but hey.

      • Yeah that's what I thought….

I mean if Aus Post were delivering it that's understandable but these guys really love boxes don't they 🤣

  • +1

Woolworths currently has 30 packs for $19.45

    • +1

works out the same @ $1.73/l before S&S

  • $20.66 is lowest then S&S off that.

    • not all prices had S&S :)

      • $19.98 is the cheapest I've gotten it on 22/07/20 & 05/09/20 ($22.20 before S&S)

        • Midway between those was the cheapest I've gotten, $17.23 with S&S

  • -3

If you buy it at Coles you'll get 6 months, Woolworths 4 months and Amazon 1-2 months max.

  • +1

    Same price for No Sugar

  • Have previously ordered red-bull on sale from Amazon on a similar listing with a reduced price. both slabs turned up pretty much flat. even when drinking it cold it just tasted terrible.

Has anyone else had it happen to them? , ordering soft-drink from online and having it rock up flat?

  • +1

Got delivered. BB is 21 Jul 2021

    • Just received mine - expiry date is 16 May 21.

  • I went to Woolworth today and saw the no sugar 24 cans BB date: 21 Jul 2021 and 30 cans regular coke BB date: 18 Jan 2022.

The regular coke is much better.

  • Got mine today, July expiry.

  • Coles currently has 24 packs for $15 and 30 packs - 2 for $38, both are cheaper than this deal.
