Australia Zoo is offering free entry to first responders, doctors and nurses next Friday the 26th of February as a thank you for their hard work over the past year.

Qualified personnel will have to show a valid form of ID at the zoo's gates.

● Law Enforcement Officer – State and Federal Police, Australian Border Force, Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission
● Royal Australian Corps of Military Police
● Doctors and Nurses

    Wondering what are the chances that they are making money off the people accompanying the first responders

    • It's the same reason the Gold Coast theme parks do it. It's all the hangers on and extra sales more than make up for the gate price.
