  • I remember some banks don't charge Legal/settlement fee like NAB / ANZ?

  • Hi Baron , ANZ have similar deal as well but all banks charge settlement fee.

    • another question about 0.18% rebate based on net offset —- I remember I can begin to put money back to offest after one week or 2 of settlment, right?

      e.g. I settle now with $0 in offset —- then you caclulate rebate based on total owing —- after bank confirmed the total owing balance — I can then put money back to offset — so don't impact you anymore?

      This happened to my current broker as he asked me to take money out of offset account for 1 week.

    Home loan applications must be submitted between 18 January 2021 and 28 February 2021 (inclusive).
    • The home loan must be approved, settled and drawn down by no later than 28 May 2021.
    • The home loan must be by way of a refinance of an existing loan with another financial
    • The home loan must be a P&N Bank Owner Occupied/Investor home loan product.
    • The offer is not available for equity lines of credit, bridging loans or loans for construction
    • The amount of the loan must be at least $250,000
    • The Loan to Valuation Ratio (LVR) must be 80% or less.
    • There is a maximum of one cashback payment per refinance application regardless of the
    number of loans, customers or properties involved.
    • Lending must be new to Police & Nurses Limited (refinances of existing P&N Bank and bcu
    loans are excluded from this offer).
    • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other home loan cashback offer currently
    being made by Police & Nurses Limited.
    • The $3,000 cashback cannot be used towards the serviceability of the home loan.
    • The cashback can only be paid to a P&N Bank transaction account.
    • This offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
    The cashback will be paid to eligible applicants within 45 days of the settlement date by electronic transfer to the member’s P&N Bank transaction account.

  • Is there a minimum loan amount?

  • Do they lend outside of WA? I know their subsidiary bcu doesn’t lend outside QLD and NSW so wondering if P&N has the same conservative policy.
