Logitech G502 Hero RGB Wired Gaming Mouse $79 + Delivery/C&C @ Umart

150

Long time stalker and my first post - thought it was a pretty good deal not to share. I think it has been this price before if not a little bit lower but definitely the best around at the moment.

Just price matched it at JB as they are closer for me.

  • Much preferred the G502 wireless version for $119 from Amazon yesterday…..too bad I missed out :(

    • What's the difference?

      • +22

        A wire.

      • +2

        $40

      • Wireless version is also 7g lighter than the wired versions.

  • Is this good for fps games?

    • +1

      Yes.

    • Depends on your preferences. The best mouse is the one you best perform with in-game, the most comfortable to use and/or best suits your preferences like with the position and number of buttons.

    • I use this mouse all the time. Being wired there is absolutely no lag, I realize that wireless versions are good as well, but the wire 'guarantees' that there will be absolutely zero lag when the action heats up :)

      • Do you use it for fps?

        • I used the G502 Wireless and wired before for FPS. I had a little bit of wrist pain with it so got the G Pro Wireless. Highly recommend them over the G502 for FPS games. I use the G502 buttons as shortcuts for work though.

  • I had this one for years until it died. Before that was a g500s which I also loved. I'm using a g604 and the extra buttons are nice but not necessary. The 604 is also heavier and a bit more awkward to hold. Took a while to get used to the side buttons for the 502 coming from a 500s but it is indeed a fantastic mouse.

  • I have the wired version, no complaints using desktop apps, games. The wire does get in the way every now and then though (a complaint). It's ergonomic, don't get joint pains anymore like I used to with the G600.

Oh, and the wheel, although not very satisfying, does the job.

  • Have used this mouse for years. The wheel broke but was replaced under easily and let me keep the old one. Logitech's service is amazing.

    • Did you contact Logitech service online?

      • I called them

  • Price matched at Officeworks. $75
    Thanks OP!
