  Tiger Lake is for laptops. If you are thinking of Rocket Lake, then yes. This will support it with BIOS update as per OP.

      When the Bios for 11th gen is released, go to msi support page and type in your motherboard, it will show you the latest bios. Just download it and extract it onto a USB, then boot your pc into bios and select the USB, it’ll update your bios. Then you can put an 11th gen cpu in your pc and it’ll work.
      
      Watch a quick YouTube video on it that’s how I learned and it’s simple when you see for yourself.
