        Don't waste your time with SB. Made a claim for untracked purchase from 1st Choice Liquor when they were advertising like 20%or so CB. Waited for weeks for their 'investigation' to conclude, just to know that they couldn't confirm the purchase

          After chasing up, my $10 bonus finally appeared and confirmed on my account, about a month ago. but the overall balance is still 0. not allowing me withdraw.:(

        I got one reply from gotyourback about a $350 dell cashback then radio silence. Same treatment from support. to their credit, it ended up being credited to my account after about a month of no contact, which confused me.

      I reckon some people do not know how shopback work. If you have cashrewards activated you cannot use shopback. You have to choose between one.

    Just a question on Amazon purchases - do purchases through Amazon website but buying from another seller (ie. not Amazon and not handled by Amazon) count towards cashback, as long as the category is right?

        Shopback is really on their last chance with me. I still have Pending Tracking from Amazon from 1 week ago for this promo https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/603997

        It shouldn't be Pending after a week. I made a purchase on Amazon.com.au 12/2 and it has shipped (Electronics, 4%).

        I made another order (electronics 4%) on Amazon.com.au on 17/2 and it tracked correctly the same day, however this time there's no bonus attached to it, co-incidence?

        If the bonus mentioned above fails, that's the last straw. I've had too many problems with SB.

          Cashrewards just rejected two claims from Amazon. If they didn’t have cashback I know I wouldn’t have clicked through, so it’s a bit disappointing from both ends sometimes. It’s only a few dollars anyways.

      Usually it gets moved within 5 days ( assuming you have met the conditions listed 'after you' - Updated Bank account etc etc ) sometimes conditions are already met but still show up.

      Last time I raised a ticket for that but it did get resolve after 5 days.

      There should be two points below:

      1. Earn $10 worth of regular confirmed cashback from purchases
      2. Have your withdrawal details added to your account

      If you have met the criteria for both it'll clear in a week max.

      Just signed up for $5 + $6 cashback for $6 SIM.

      Amaysim SIMs arrive Pre-activated.
      So delivery date shouldn't be a problem.
      Once you use it (within about 2 weeks from experience), it resets expiry date to give full 28 days.

      Entered ID, validated email, set payment to Bpay so can't be billed… All set. Will turn off Auto-Renew later.
      My SIM "is on its way".

      Now to wait for $5 profit. And maybe use the SIM.

        Actually, that's a good point about the SIMs arriving pre-activated.
        Personally I have kind of given up on SB recently as there have been so many tracking issues and denied cashback.

          Am having an issue with CR.
          On a recent CR Targeted bonus $5 offer, the purchase from Groupon failed to track. Used a code on CR site for extra discount.
          Waited until I could lodge a report. Waiting for merchant to check… Maybe…

          Rolled the dice again…🎲🎲

          Risk is paying for purchase I would otherwise not make, with no cashback from purchase or bonus offer.

    TCN's online gift card is "sold out", but only once you add to cart and try to check out. On top of that, they charge a 1% processing fee… if the online card wasn't "sold out". Processing what? An automated email? Joke of a company. Double middle finger.

      Problem with Aliexpress is that it can take so long to get your order (and confirm you've received it). Cashback confirmation can take a while. Not sure what happens if you don't receive an item by 30th April (when the bonus it to be rewarded). I guess you could confirm with AliExpress that you've received it (when you may not have yet). Not what I'd do though.

      I have had trouble with Firefox and Chrome with tracking. I get a lot better chance when I clear cookies and data for both CR and SB beforehand.

      However, the rep here has 100% resolved all my cashback issues manually, so although annoying, the end result is a win.

      More so - the app being for mobile device, the extension being for PCs. Not all stores are available on the extension though (by request of the store), so you can also browse from https://www.shopback.com.au on your PC too.

    Take heed, 2nd to last time this offer happened (web extension offer) I tried using it and it didn’t even work. I installed it and went to shop (chemist warehouse) but the extension never popped up. I read and followed the instructions 3 times to triple check and nothing. Spent over 30mins trying to get it to work even trying on different sites. Waste of time. And yes, it was enabled.

    Not to mention CB from previous purchases that never tracked and was declined when submitted a missing CB for them

    No solution yet for the missing cashback case that i have raised almost 2 months ago. On the other hand, missing cashback claim done and dusted within a week with CashRewards. Very poor service from ShopBack 👎

        Way too complicated - 2 different devices to activate and use one offer for $5.

        I tried to buy a sim from amaysim after doing all this, and got 'basket error' from their website at the payment stage. Tried again after installing the extension in another browser, same. Waited, same error. Maybe the fault was with amaysim, but far too much effort required in any case.

        Please can you try something a bit simpler another time.

    Does that mean Amazon is not eligible for this (which may also void your suggestion in the post)?
