Halal certification can be seen on the packaging. Looking at the back of the packets, they're also produced in Selangor, Malaysia

      • Yes they are. Thanks very much for that :)

    Apparently rendeng good
    Any of these vegan/vegetarian?

  • Damn, it's the good stuff. Nice find OP!

  • Someone find me some good links to prove to my wife that these shouldnt be avoided simply due to having MSG in them…

write your own wiki of the benefits of MSG and then send it to her… if its on the internet it can't be wrong right?

  • Haven't heard of this brand but it seems popular. I like the Ayam brand Laksa sauce is Tean better?

    • Mae ploy is good stuff for Thai curries, Indian easy enough with dry spices… Grabbed a Laksa one Cheers

  • Tom Yum is out I believe.

    • Thanks, updated.

  • Thanks! I stopped buying after the price went up not too long ago. The chicken curry is a solid 9/10 for flavour and spice.

Pair this with some Katoomba Roti for a great combo

    • Is this roti good to freeze? 20 roti is a lot!

      • I have frozen Aldi roti very successfully.

      • I believe these are raw so they're frozen when you buy them. Much better than the ones you get that are already pan fried.

        • They were really very good. As good as I have had in restaurants.

          • @Yola: some restuarants "cheat" by using the frozen ones… they can be more softer if made fresh + better for you.

  • Curry Chicken is out as well

  • OOS

  • Anyone got links to how to use these and recipies?

    Back in stock FYI.

  • Also nasi lemak sambal sauce available at $3.90 a bottle after 20% discount.

  • Soya oil is no 1 ingredient for laksa
Is that normally what it's made of?

    • Oil plus herbs and spices. So yes.

  • All out of stock except the Rendang (which sounds like it's the normal price?)
