  Yes, but check the QVL for your specific motherboard.
  (From what I hear, a lot of people seem to have trouble running 3600mhz on a R5-3600, so they generally recommend 3200mhz)

      From what I've seen, it's diminishing returns over 3000mhz.
      2133 and 2666 are underpowered, 3000 and 3200 are the sweet spot price-performance.
      
      If you want to research further, gamers nexus and most tech channels on youtube have tested it.

I went with G.Skill Ripjaws V F4-3200C16D-16GVKB - 16GB (2x 8GB) from HT for $99.63

It has the benefit of being dual rank.
