  • Does the KVM switching work with Mac or have Dell still not released a Mac version of DDM?

    • KVM works regardless of OS. My understanding is it works on hardware level, switching along with video input source.

      • Ah yes I think you are right, it's the PIP and PBP that won't work without DDM software installed. Regardless I assumed this had dual USB-C input sources not just one.

Any recommendations for a monitor with dual USB-C input sources, KVM and PIP/PBP modes that works on both Windows & Mac?

        • How about BenQ PD3220U?

        • 3219q has just one USB-c input.

I’ve had mine for about 2 years and has been happy with it. Use it switching between Win (via DP) and Mac (usb-c from a 2017 mbp). Never bothered installing the software in Windows.

Benq’s 3200u has been more expensive than 3219q without USB-c, KVM and HDR and that’s why I chose 3219q. HDR does make games a lot more nicer in Windows. I don’t watch movies on PC so no comments to playing HDR movies on 3219q.

    still waiting for u4320q :(

Apart from being nearly three years old (which is old for a Dell monitor), it also didn't get amazing reviews. Surely Dell have another 32" IPS in the works? A U3221?

    • +1

      It's already March this year.
They could name it U3222Q :)

  • Has anyone that ordered one of these as part of this deal received their monitor yet?

I ordered one last week after the deal had ended, but I still managed to get it at a good price and the listing advised they had x amount in stock at the time, however today I received a message from Wireless1 advising their supplier is out of stock and they don't expect more until May.

Update: I ended up cancelling and ordering from elsewhere that had stock
