My choice of theme is Avada. My only complaints about these themes is that how slow they are lol. Google's new ranking algorithm is not going to be nice to them.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a similar site but for plugins? I want to do some stuff with WooCommerce but I don't know if those plugins ever go on sale anywhere. Thanks!

Just be aware that the creators can/will pull their content from Envanto/ThemeForest and you're up the creek if you don't have a local backup (or in the case of a theme, stuck with a theme with no updates).
I have hundreds of dollars of purchased content that I no longer have access to. Back it up, and back it up regularly.
I'd only ever go with one of the big themes, or choose divi or something other than a TF theme.
