    Damn, activated a couple of days ago for 95gb (30+65) - has anyone had any success with Telstra/Boost chat in having a new promotion applied retrospectively?

      Join the club, I activated on Saturday 27/3. I contacted them today about the deal, they say best they can do is give me a 25GB but will only last for 28 days. Im currently on a diff deal, so told them to hold off. She said she can apply it anytime, i said will contact them in 6 months.

      But long answer, they are not able to retro apply this deal, only thing is they can give few extra GB, but note shorter expiry. It does get consumed first, before your allocated.

      yes you are correct but it was a deal for ebay plus members only I guess plus ebay would have definitely contributed as those prices are below cost.

      Hello!

      From previous comments posted yes you can port from Telstra prepaid but you would need to get in touch with Boost customer service and only they can do it for you. Its not a process which you can do directly yourself

        Yes you can, when you do the port, it now has a list of values: Optus, VOda, Telstra etc. Just pick Telstra and you good to go.

          According to previous posts you first need to convert to Telstra Prepaid and then contact Boost customer service.

          For queries related to porting from Telstra to Boost its best to check with Boost customer service in case they have updated their procedure.

      Yes getting the order confirmation is normal. You will get the tracking via a separate email from Australia Post.
      Standard metro delivery should take around 4 to 6 business days as per the time frame given by Australia post

    Their price is $20 cheaper than through the official Boost website, however I'm not sure it's worth the risk unless someone can confirm.

      I can confirm that Cellmate are not only legit but they go above and beyond to help.

      I purchased 2x sims last year. Australia Post stuffed up and didn't leave a card for me to pickup so to the sims were returned to sender.

      I explained to Cellmate what happened and they redelivered via express postage and provided tracking number.

    Wondering if any other current Boost Mobile users who had success adding the deal to the current plan can give some insight:

    Do you have to order the card first? Can you just mention this deal to customer service and they can charge from your card? Or will you need to buy the sim first and swap it out as a portover to a new sim?

      No idea about post delivery time, but it has to be activated by 5th July to enjoy the bonus 120GB.

      I ordered mine, and will be activating it around 10 May when my current plan expires (Kogan/Vodafone).

    only weird thing it does not show extra 120gig on myboost app just un used 30gig

            need to click see extra recharges and it is under there 120gb reward recharge expires 08 Apr 2022
            This is being used first 668mb of 120 gb
            So main page shows 30gb unused

            Be easier if 150gb in total

    Well if i can get a confirmation that you actually receive this bonus data this seems not so bad.

    On the other hand what happens if I purchase this and do not receive bonus data would seem like I am entitled to a refund.
