Just noticed MSY has $0.99 shipping if buying online at their beta website beta.msy.com.au - They haven't promoted it well nor can I find any terms and conditions, but I bought a $10 item shipped to metropolitan Sydney and shipping was confirmed 99c. The only info/graphic I can find about it is this pic which you find on their main website.

I don't know when ending date is, given I can't find any terms and conditions.

Addit - I tried cart->checkout on their "old" website, and it's normal shipping cost, so it must go through their "new" beta site for discounted shipping. If any sleuths out there can actually find my terms and conditions/ending date that would be handy.

Addit 2 - There seems to be a lot of talk on MSY itself, FYI they changed owners in the last 2 years, see here. Comment incorrect.

Addit 3 - MSY finally announced an end date for the promo - 30th April.

      The times I've gone to pick up things at MSY in the more recent years, it's been a lot better. They're no longer the cheapest around town though, so hardly go there now.

        Went to do a pick-up about 2 months ago. Store had a 4-person limit at the time. Poked my head in to see 4 people already in there so I waited patiently outside.

        4 punk looking kids rock up and walk straight into the store. Fairly certian only 1 was there to buy anything. 2 existing customers came out before staff kicked 2 of the other group out because they weren't there to buy anything. Went inside finally to find the forementioned noobs asking questions of the staff.

    I remember going there and standing in a line of 9 people while someone was asking the staff if they could open the boxes of 4 different monitors so they could measure the stands to see if it would fit on their desk, to which the salesperson said "no, next customer" and moved to the next register lmao 😂

      So many people raging at the (lack of) customer service and storming out trying to cause a scene, but the next in line just goes up to the counter and proceeds with their transaction. 😂

  I'm after 2 cheap (sub $20) wifi adaptors for a couple of PC's. Is there much difference between the USB type and the PCI-E card types? This is what I'm trying to decide between usage would be general browsing and youtube watching Simplecom NW150, TP-LINK WN781ND N150 and Rotanium (N301). Am open to other cheap suggestions from MSY. Thanks

    If the PCs are separated from the AP by a couple of walls an antenna is definitely recommended. Otherwise not much in it.

  MSY are a trash company and I would never do business with them.

  About a year ago I got a graphics card from them that never arrived, emailed and called multiple times, they just put it on the back burner and didn't really do anything to resolve it. I ended up going through my card and getting a charge back. This was when they started calling and harassing me about the charge back across multiple days. They actually called me NON-STOP about 50+ times in a row in one night. This is even after me telling them to stop calling me and blocking their number, they used a private number to dial my phone constantly, blowing up my mobile for a good hour.

  What sort of shoddy business does this? I seriously wish I had reported them for harassment at the time. This is what they'd do over $600, imagine what they'd resort to if it was more. (profanity) these guys. Never again.
