    Not working on my app, adds $4 for double meat. Is this offer meant to be shown in the offers section?

    Edit: I think OP miss understood the terms of the deal. You have to purchase 1x footlong to then be eligible to receive double meat on your next footlong purchase. Scanning your SubCard on both transactions

      Fine print states "Purchase any Subway Footlong® sub and receive double meat at no extra cost. Single use only. Not to be used with any other offer." Nothing about buying one, and then your next one gets double meat.

      That being said, it's also not in my offers section but I got the email. Two weeks ago I also got an offer for a free side with any footlong and that didn't work at the register at all. I knew the manager working so she honored it anyway after a quick glance, but I just think their QR system barely works.

      Must be frustrating for staff when things aren't clear or don't work.

        Can confirm the offer showed up for me in my offers section after I purchased a normal footlong

        Few mths ago, I also added some sort of side-offer to my app order.
        But when I got there, it did not show on the printed receipt; and lady said contact HQ (which I never did) - annoying~

        From now I will take screenshot of the offer/page/order that mentions it, otherwise IDK where to find proof after being claimed!

    Got email, and its in my app. No double meat option on the app for my usual (seafood sensation) but tried it on pizza melt and the offer could be used on it

    Pro Tip: when ordering on App with Offer =
    make sure you take a screenshot of your Order page showing the offer.

    Few times now the offer won't show on on their order slip !!
