Lamb rack is actually the rib area, not leg.
Lamb legs are the shank and… leg.

You've insulted the lambs leg. The type usually used to run around all cute at petting zoos which kids and parents usually go "aww, how cute, I wuv you, how could anyone hurt you and mislabel you"
Everyone knows the cutest lambs are always the tastiest. My kids know to massage them at the petting zoos so they're extra tender when they hit the plate.

I've tried pork roast in an air fryer, the cracking is on point, but the meat was a bit drier than the usual slower-cooked oven.
Smoked up heaps because of the fat content so be sure to do it outside.Haven't tried beef or lamb roast (yet). Bear in mind the density/thickness of thing.
