LEGIONSDAYS

Have been monitoring some lenovo laptops for a while and seems like a good price for the specs. As of yesterday they had the laptop only for $1259 which is no longer available, but for an extra $30 this bundle Includes a Lenovo legion gaming keyboard and mouse (better deal IMO).

Log in or create an account with unidays then search for lenovo. The whole bundle is one cart item (doesn't appear to be available on the normal Lenovo or Lenovo education store).

Can also get the laptop on it's own for $1215 @ Lenovo eBay using PLENV20 for those that prefer. Might be good for those that don't have education access.

  • Amazing price for an insanely good machine. I got one last year and love it.

  • At this price point (plus $300 comparison), any negs?

    • Are batteries being integrated common in laptops?
      I'd prefer USB-C charging / thunderbolt 4 - any ideas?

  • Why not spend a few hundred more and get the Dell laptop with the 5600M? Much better graphics card. The 1650ti is not enough for anything serious.

      Because its a Dell Laptop.

        What is wrong with Dell?

        • If you look at some of the past Dell "gaming" laptop deals on ozbargain, they are a complete mess and don't seem to be suitable for gaming. The only people that seem happy with theirs is after spending insane amounts of time fiddling with drivers/software/settings and even then they only liked it because it was cheap.

I bought one 6 months ago and I haven't had any issues with it. No overheating and no driver problems. I play top games on it and even mine some ethereum on it but to each their own. I'm sure the 1650ti is a great card for playing Tetris and minesweeper..

This one or the one above that Scrimshaw posted.

  • I'm after something alittle more portable, I thought large screen laptops died out, great specs for the price.

got mine delivered yesterday. just upgraded from ASUS N56VM (got in 2013 and upgraded the hdd to ssd).
other than a flimsy screen in the legion, it is great. it is a bit on the heavy side.
