    A quality service should keep your customers, not a contract.

      I agree, but from my experience Belong has been good.

      I signed up for 12 months on the starter plan, never really had any issues with them, only internet issues were related to the actual NBN itself.

      I think it's good value, but agree that contracts are fairly outdated.

        Same here I just recommited to another 12 months for the $5 per month discount as I have no intention of changing.

    and you cant avoid getting their wifi router. its free on a 12-months contract or $60. - even if its a FTTP connection.

    I was a belong customer for about 2 years, just jumped ship to Superloop.
    Service with Belong was quite consistent, almost no downtime, however the lack of a call - chat support aided my decision to jump ship along with free speed upgrade from Superloop.

    I don't think Belong has any option for a speed tier upgrade, when I placed my request a month ago, they thought it was a technical issue, called me 3 - 5 times, I could not take the call and the ticket was promptly closed.

    @OP: Does this offer mean that the other offer for $80 Belong SIM pack has been withdrawn?

    Terrible customer service when I was with them. Sure it’ll probably be fine if you’re fortunate enough to never experience any issues.

    One of worst service provided, two days ago I tried to port my number to Belong, but it stopped on the payment section. I have raised two support requests and replied one email. Three team members asked me same questions and gave same advice. I don't think they read my previous messages. I'm still waiting for my number to be ported.

      This happened to me as well. I got fed up, and threatened to escalate to the complaints team and the TIO, they started to pay attention. The back and forth took over a week, which could have been resolved within minutes with a phone call.

          ok they called me back. they said the 1 month free is that $5 off per month means we are still paying $55 instead of $60 but no further offer/discount/free month

              @PissLUR: nah i think what they trying to say was that $5 off when in contract… (which is 12*5=60, equal to 1 month free)
              its just poor communication skills trying to be nice but not offering anything new at the end.
              ok take that offer and see if you really got the free month

    Does moving from $55a month (nbn 30)plan to this one count ( when you are still under contract with 2 months remaining)??

    I really liked the service with belong now but I can't justify paying $60/ month for that nbn with no call service etc
