      Since COVID I basically refuse to do any shopping that isn’t either delivered to a parcel locker or click and collect.

      If a company doesn’t respect my health and time to make purchasing from them as quick and simple as possible, I’ll pay more else where.

    Spotlight is like Dick Smith selling stuff at huge markups compared to places like eBay.

    Difference is their target audience is old and ignorant to alternatives.

    It's basically criminal. I want the ACCC to crack the poops one day on places like these - Kathmandu, spotlight, Kogan etc and obliterate them for price manipulation

  In Osborne park wa their click and collect is click and queue, you need to join the existing often long queue which is not click and collect in my view.
