      FYI 4TB is not your laptop size drive though (eg. SSD size) but the 2TB slim is.

      WD are not shuckable but Seagate is

          why use 2.5" in NAS/servers?

          the price per dollar is not as good as the 3.5"
          also 3.5" has more bigger size hdd.

          And in NAS/servers we want the bigger hdd or one matches existing one for RAID etc..

          Also I think the bigger hdd might have better life time wear and tear etc..
          especially if you use the server hdd etc..

        They fat 2.5" drives about 12mm not your 6-7mm laptop 2.5" hdd

        2TB is biggest capacity in slim 2.5"

    a normal sata 2.5 HDD inside? care about size and price, i dont care about performance, its a moive drive anyway. but need to fit inside my ITX case.
