KFC just launched their Pokemon like game, you can go hunting KFC prizes and most likely get a free ultimate box for your first time, some got slushies etc :)

The first bucket will be available around you with first play. Just pan your camera around to find the red big spot, tap tap tap it then spin spin spin for a free win ^_^
Can stack up to 3 prizes at a time and each will expire in 72hrs: gonna do lot of walking for free KFC prizes lol

            @ja912son: Click on one of the item you have in your stash, you'll either get a pop up saying you cannot redeem another one, or a button to redeem.

          Okay, just randomly checked and I can redeem again as of 11:02am AEST.

          23/06 Able to order at 11:02am.

          So it is NOT 24 hours from last redeem, maybe 23 hours? or 11am is the reset time?

    I've been losing all 'Flip the Coin' attempts, no matter what I choose. I end up having a Freeze or Regular Chips :-(

    App is cooked. Probably shut down for maintenance. Couldn’t redeem my 15pc bucket, zinger burgher and large popcorn chicken. What a farce

        Nope. This is budgeted and the number of prizes is fixed.

      Can you redeem multiple stashed prizes on pick up, or is it only 1 prize per 24 hrs? Seeing conflicting comments on this

        The clock resets slightly under 24 hours, think was around 20-22 hours.

      I'm able to use the app, but cant redeem. Gets stuck at "Finding KFCs…". I spun a bucket, won a Regular Fries and while adding to stash it worked fine. I can see Bucket Stash and Bucket Map without any issues.

      Can confirm a friend of mine is still unable to get in. White screen of death this time.

    Can now confirm, my friend has been able to get in too. Takes a really long time at the white loading screen, then the Bluetooth prompt appears and then ur in.

    I see i may be negged, but we both are able to Spin buckets now. Not able to redeem though.

      I was able to get in to the app and redeem. It took about 1-2 mins at each step though, Redeem, select store, check out, and submit order. Took roughly 6-7mins total.

    Check the order summary at checkout before submitting. I redeemed one and was charged the full price. The burger still shows in my stash and going through the order again, it doesn't show the discount applied. Maybe I'll get the free one tomorrow.

        I did. It charged my debit card the full price. The manager could only cancel the order and give me a refund, and suggested redeeming the prize again. I didn't bother with all that since it would've charged me again.

          Same exact thing happened to me. I got the ultimate box and manager gave me an email to contact ([email protected]) so that's what I'm doing now. I want my damn 11.45 back!

          before you finalise, it should tell you the amount is $0.00. if it doesn't then it means the deal hasn't gone through so don't click the order. I think some stores participate and some stores don't

        I had the same problem when redeeming my 15 piece of chicken and at checkout it only discounted $4. The supervisor at Chatswood interchange argued that it is the deal that you only get 1 piece for free and had to pay for the rest. I showed her on my phone that it says 'Free 15 pieces Original Chicken' and she still claims it's only 1 piece free. Her staff quietly said it should be free but the supervisor just ignore. The other staff could only smile politely. Guess I have to check with Customer Service tomorrow

          From the comments above, it appears that if u "add anything else to the order" - it defaults to just "$4 off" - no idea why. Best to not include anything else in your order when claiming prizes.

          Were you buying anything else with the Free 15pc Chicken?

            @djoz: I've added stuff to my orders and haven't had this issue. I haven't got the free 15pc chicken yet though.

            In one order, I redeemed a free Go Bucket and added a Zinger Chipster. I only paid for the latter.
            In another order, I redeemed a free Ultimate Box and added bacon and cheese to the burger. I paid $1.50.

              @nathanprocks: One guy has reported exactly the same issue as you. May be it is only happening with the 15 pc Chicken.

              Has anyone experienced problems redeeming the 15 piece bucket? Mine will try and bring up a browser window which will have a web page unavailable error, and when I try to redeem it, it applied a discount of $4 only, so you will still be charged $24 buck if you try and redeem it instead of being completely free. Has anyone experienced it or was able to resolve this?

            @djoz: I didn't add anything else to the order, it was just 15pc Chicken. I have messaged customer service, will update everyone once I get a response.

              @cckho: For me it was asking me to pay full price for bucket but I just showed the manager and he just put the order through.

      I've given up on trying for this very reason. My store must not be participating, although buckets still come up in my suburb? It really makes no sense.

      And trying a different store won't work for me as the next closest is 300+ km away.

    There are heaps of bugs, and I'm using a samsung galaxy s21 (one of the latest phones right)…. something went wrong, everything takes ages to load, etc.

    Has anyone been able to figure out when is the "Reset Time" now? Due to the App issues, I was unable to redeem anything today, and Now I have 4 slots, 4 prizes and all valid only for < 72 hours. How will I be able to claim all without replacing any of them?

      How can I know for sure that I can redeem another from stash without starting counting down of another 24hrs?

      Is the reset still at 2pm AEST? Can anyone comment on their recent experience?

        I'm planning to take one today prior to 2PM AEST. Will update here if I am able to redeem another one post 2PM AEST as well. I've anyway got four prizes, and not keen on replacing any of them, so will have to lose one if this reset time is not as we expect.

          Maybe after the app updates the countdown is now based around when you individually redeem the food, so you have to wait a full 24 hours after regardless of some global midnight or noon reset timer.

          My last order was done on 9am 21/6. Yesterday, I might accidentally tap the stash and a stupid 24hrs count down started, I suppose. I can't remember when exactly the tap happened. Now I need a timer and a log!
          No offense to IT programmer/coder, but they do need to put some common sense in their developing works.

      I tried to claim yesterday right when the app stopped working. I was able to click redeem, but then it couldn't find a KFC.
      When the app started working again, everything was messed up. I couldn't continue with the order (at the bottom it did say my price was bout to expire). When I tried to order something else, it said to hold my horses.
      Any new prize, was not added to my stash anymore.

    Yeah App working but unable to claim (best is free Zinger burger now) - tried cache, re-install, phone restart ZIP.

    Got the $4 off in paying $10 a week ago - above made it vanish - ordering WORKED tho' so paid $4 less (QLD regional price here for 9 Wicked Wings Build-Your-Own-Bucket is now $11.65 was $9.45 - price up like the Tues 9 for $10.95 in Qld.

    On the upside app seems to now associate our car with buckets - tapped on top of white sedan boot this mornin'. Little Colonel icon has 12 sayings when tapped on fave is :-

        My last order was 21/06 at 12:30PM
        But I had tapped 'Redeem Now' yesterday 22/06 around 7PM AEST - when we were suffering from the 'App Outage' so looks like it registered that Tap (although I was not able to actually order it) and wasnt allowing me to redeem till 12 Noon AEST today 23/06.
