I prefer this one for $72.22 with 2x front RGB fans and 1 rear fan.

This is a good case, still using it to this day

I prefer this one for $59 with 2x front RGB fan slots and 1 rear fan

This is a good case, still using it to this day

      • +1

The thermaltake is a good option if you are using Micro ATX or smaller!

      • +2

Deceptive labelling your option as 'slots'.

        • -1

          space, then

      • +1

Except it only has one rear fan installed, whereas the MSI case has 2 ARGB fans and 1 rear fan plus an ARBB control hub. The side window on the thermaltake is also acrylic, the case is mATX size and it has no USB 3.2 ports. Not a bad case, but the MSI one is clearly superior, especially for the small price difference.

        • -3

no such thing as "clearly superior" when it comes to cases as aesthetic/design is a big part of the decision and if you want something that blends in and has a non-gamer look the thermaltake is that, not everybody wants rgb/glass panel (i for one prefer specifically to avoid them and will not buy a case with those features) and most people dont use usb 3.2 either and may not care about it

          • +2

@s1Lence: Except this is Ozbargain, and so the cost of materials and value of the final product can be quantified and ranked. Just the cost of those two fans is ~$30, but the price gap is $13. Thus the Thermaltake is relatively poor value between the two and not a "bargain".

            • -1

@iseeyou1312: that's why i didn't post it as a bargain, just said i prefer it
at the end of the day the thermaltake is a very good budget choice and still cheaper than the msi (might even be preferred by others as there are more things to consider which you clearly left out when evaluating the products)

              • @s1Lence: Ur definitely entitled to your opinion. Saying you prefer it though is quite odd without anything logical thought process behind it. Also its not about "caring" about features rather the resell / value proposition they bring to the table. Ig a more harsh way of saying it is this is ozbargain, not your personal opinion blog. Ofc if you wanna put up an opinon then by all means but be ready to answer the questions that follow from people that disagree. Especially when objectively on paper your choice does not bring the same value.

This could be worded better but I have an assignment due in 3 hours and im in the middle of procrastinating in a way thats not very good for my wallet.

i never buy anything here with that mindset, you are projecting your perspective on others

" this is ozbargain, not your personal opinion blog"
and both me and the other guy saying "i prefer this" is an opinion…

"Ofc if you wanna put up an opinon then by all means but be ready to answer the questions that follow from people that disagree. Especially when objectively on paper your choice does not bring the same value."
yea i did thanks for the permission boss

nobody asked, if you are going to be a jerk because you dont like a basic, inoffensive comment you dont have the bitch about it this much

                  • @s1Lence: "i never buy anything here with that mindset" dude nobody cares lmao. The idea of ozbargain is to get the best bang for buck / value proposition. Literally Oz b a r g a i n, google what bargain means and maybe it might make a bit more sense. this isnt Ozs1Lence's opinion on their favourite case lmao. But hey, if you like it you enjoy ur single exhaust fan im not gonna stop you.

    • Have this case if you have any questions.

    • Got one from techfast and thought i was gonna replace it but it fit everything i wanted and works fine so its actually a keeper.

  • +2

I too have the case. Overall its a good case for the price.
Only two con being its little sung for 240 AIO as it only support front mounting and the rubber pad on the glass come out every time you remove the panel.

  • This is now $78.90
